I usually wear a 9N which makes boot buying a chore. I don't know why shoe companies make so few narrow shoes/boots. These shoes run slightly narrow in the heel and toe, plus the laces allow for a tighter fit too. Marvelous! There is a flap between the zipper and your sock, and a liner in the toe-box that does not allow you to feel that horizontal fashion seam across the top of the shoe. Thankfully, the toe box isn't shallow like many shoes made today so you have room for thicker socks. Footbed is smooth leather (attached) without any arch support. I bought the Brandy color....looks like a rich chestnut brown. Despite the online pictures, my shoes smooth leather material is the same all over.

I absolutely love these boots! There was no break in period and I can wear them all day at work ( nearly 10 hours). They are so comfortable and the leather is so very soft. I should add that I have a hammer toe and an overlapping toe and these boots caused me no discomfort!. I also treated them with a neutral color leather, suede, nubuck spray with no problem. I have another style boot from Miz Mooz and I have to say this is my new favorite brand!

Totally awesome. I usually wear a narrow and happily this 9M is only slightly wider than I'd like; I'd like to try a half size down. but strangely it doesn't seem to come in 8 1/2 altho' it does come in all the other half sizes. But otherwise, this shoe is great in every respect- comfort, style, quality.

I bought a pair of Miz Mooz Layla and loved them so much I was looking at other styles. I saw the Lennox and knew already that they would be perfect! I have never had a pair of shoes as soft and comfortable before. The leather is like butter and no break in time needed. I have a narrow foot and this boot just hugs it in a good way!

The fit was perfect and the leather is very soft and forms to your foot. I just got them yesterday and I am and I'm a little bummed because they are on sale today, sure wish I waited I would have bought two colors!!

I would have loved these if they had a bit more arch support or would accommodate an insert. They are not without support, just not nearly enough for me. The leather is soft, the burgundy color is dark and rich, and they are even cuter on than they look in the picture.

Cute and comfortable

After trying multiple pairs in the bootie style, and being unable to get them on, I went back to laces. But this pair is so much more than a lace up boot, the zipper at the back for additional ease is awesome. These boots are wonderful. I can't believe I've found shoes that work with my bunion on one foot only, and my high arch. They look great on, and are super comfy.

Generally speaking, every pair of shoes that I buy require some sort of tweak on my end to make the shoes comfortable on my problematic feet. So imagine my surprise when I first tried on these shoes and they fit like a glove, requiring no intervention on my part to improve them. I have Morton's neuroma and require deep cushioning under the ball of my foot: these boots have that built right in! These shoes were instantly comfortable, requiring no "breaking in", which is a very good thing. I refuse to buy any shoe that doesn't instantly feel good on my feet. The color is my favorite color and it goes well with jeans and dress pants. I highly recommend these boots.

Leather is really soft and the color is awesome. Wear them every day and are great with jeans. Perfect choice for a lower boot .

I had ordered a pair of Miz Mooz Oxfords prior to this order; l love them, so thought I'd give these a try. I wore them an entire day, out of the box. They are so comfortable, love the soft leather. Lots of compliments, too.

This was my first pair of Miz Mooz and I was frankly impressed by the quality. Really soft flexible leather uppers, and I love the convenience of the back zipper. I went down a half-size from my regular size because they seemed roomy. Work well with both thin and thick socks - no back heel chafing or slipping, and cute to boot! I plan to use these as my casual boots for work this winter.

The size was correct but they were just too narrow for comfort. I wish they came in a wide.

These shoes are really lovely. The leather is very soft and supple, and the insole is comfortable. There is a fleecy lining to provide a little bit of warmth and traction. The look of the shoe is very casual and ultimately not the style I was going for, especially for the price.

These felt well-made. The leather is very soft, and they are lined with a soft fabric. The insoles are squishy and felt good wearing around the house. I have high arches and there is really no arch support, unfortunately. Had to return.

These are lovely, soft leather boots but they are a half size larger than I need. They have the funky fold over at the ankle so that the laces do not go all the way up. The laces are stringy and a darker brown than the rest of the boot. I did not like the look. I have a tendency to pronate is not given the proper support. At this price I expected a firmer arch support. The zipper at the back of the boot makes the heel floppy so that my heel was riding up with each step. I am returning them yet to search more.

I'm older with tired feet, so maybe that's why I didn't like these as much as some. I agree the leather is really soft, and I also like that they fit my narrow heels without slipping. Having laces really helps with that. The deal breaker for me was the sole. I like a lot of cushioning, and usually add my own insoles or my orthotics. Unfortunately, these do not have removable insoles and none of the insoles I tried fit comfortably in the shoe. I have bony, low volume feet, but when I added an insole on top of the one inside the shoe, it made the toe box feel uncomfortably tight. I took a short walk on the treadmill with the boots on, and there just wasn't enough cushioning under the ball of my foot. This was my first pair of this brand, so maybe I'll try another, but if none have removable insoles, I guess they won't work for me.

Leather was a pretty color but not as soft as other expensive booties. Boots were not as wide as I needed so they were uncomfortable to wear. I had to return them even I loved the style.
