I love these boots! Very stylish and less cumbersome than others I've tried on. My only negative is they rub the back of my feet a little so wear good socks. Other than that I know I will wear them all winter.

The look of this shoe is great. I like the height and all black look. The first time I wore them they gave me blisters, but they are otherwise comfortable and will likely break in over time.

My only negative comment is that they feel slightly narrower than normal, but I wore them all day yesterday and had no issues.

I love how it looks . It does appear to run true to size. If you have wide feet, I don't recommend buying.

Very happy I ordered these boots. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. The only issue I have is one of the boots had a few scuff marks on it. I didn't return them because I needed them the day after they arrived, but other than that, they are very nice.

I love the boots. The style, the texture. Im bery excited to try it on winter. However its too Narrow. I ordered a size up, coz I read comments that its too narrow, hoping its going to fit me but its still too narrow. I hope there was an option for the width for us who have wider feet.

I love the shoe. I just wish they would go up to a size 11 for us tall women. Your missing a whole demographic of potential buyers.

I love these so much, I will put a shoe tree in them and try to stretch them, just extremely narrow

Ordered a 8.5. Shoes are very narrow. Ended up giving them to my daughter who usually wears a 8 and they fit her perfectly.

When I opened the box, one of the shoes had a piece of string, assumingly from the stitching around the shoe, that was inside of the shoe. I was able to cut most of it out but this seemed to be an error resulting from a below average quality make. The shoes are quite stiff, and because of how they rest a bit above the ankle, I wear taller socks when wearing them or they hurt the ends of my feet. They are water resistant- I was nervous seeing as they feel like a kind of suede but when worn in the rain the water droplets just dry after a bit on the material. I've worn them several times already and they seem like overall good shoes for weather and style simultaneously-I hope they continue to stay that way.

Color of shoe was not a "true pink" as expected. Otherwise, I like the product.

too narrow

I'm returning this product, it is way too narrow for my foot. I occasionally need a wide shoe for my foot and unfortunately this shoe is one of them.

Not comfortable to use.

I received mine today. I felt pretty excited about it since I really wanted something like it. As I tried it on, I thought they fit big. Then again they felt really tight from the sides. So what is the problem??? The sneaker is way too narrow.... I am now feeling so sad about having to return them.

I tried on a pair in the store.I went straight to them upon entering the store. I fell in love with them as soon as I saw them. I love those shoes. I want to buy a pair but they are not wide enough.Please make wider pairs.I wear a size 10 btw.

So disappointed. Purchased in the correct size a a gift for a size 6 1/2 tiny girl only to find that these run way too narrow. Seriously, how small do you have to be to fit in these?? Now they are out of stock in most sizes and Timberland will not honor the price for when they come back in. Due to Timberland's terrible service (will not exchange) and won't honor a a price for a reorder or tell me when new stock will be in, this will be my last purchase. If you love this shoe, be warned to order a size larger.

Boots look good. Quality if the boot is excellent but extra narrow and small overall. I do not have wide feet and these were still too narrow.

These boots are super stiff and narrow!!!

These were not my favorite and ended up going back. They look like boat shoes mashed up with a boot. Just too long, wide and flat in the toe for me.
