I like them a lot but ordered 10.5 and 11. Both too large. Normally wear a 10.5.

Love the color and style of these shoes. Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers who had problems with the arch support. I have issues with overpronation and these shoes were actually painful for me to wear. I have never tried on shoes with such high arch supports. I'm really sad because they are really cute. To make matters worse I have to drive 17 miles one way to UPS to return them and I used a $25 bonus that I won't get back so they actually cost me $25 plus a 35 mile round trip drive to return them!

I really wanted to love these shoes, but the quality control and sizing is inconsistent. The first pairs of these that I purchased from another website were sizes 8.5 (which were too small) and 9 (which felt slightly big). The main issue with the 9s was that the sole was glued on crooked and there was extra glue on the back of them, so I sent both of those back and ordered another pair of size 9 from Zappos. The shoes arrived the next day and looked good (no crooked sole or extra glue), but these felt a full size too big, so back these went as well. I really wanted them to work since they were very comfortable, but the inconsistent sizing makes it hard to find a pair that fits!

The back is too high and rubs against my heel. If it weren’t for that, these would be the perfect shoe for travel and errands. So close!

I was ready to love these and wear them as my regular walking-around shoes, since my current Merrells are not fit to be seen in public anymore, but had to return them. The shape of the shoes is odd--the toe ends curl in, making the wearer look pigeon-toed. Other shoes of this style curve slightly, but these looked ridiculous. The insole provides arch support, which for me was in the wrong place and did not hit the arch at all. They also felt large--I usually wear 7.5 in Merrell, but these in 7.5 slipped off my heels.

I found the footbed on this shoe to be incredibly narrow in the arch area, such that when I walked in them, the inner arch support was digging into the middle of my foot rather than hitting the natural arch. The insole is also very hard. Not comfortable at all, returning.

Merrell s have always worked for me, this shoe is an exception. Rather than being the comfort slipper I anticipated, they actually hurt when I put them on. There's something weird going on with the arch and insole. So disappointed!

Super light weight. When I first put these on they feel great. Nice cushion on the bottom of my feet. However, every time I wear them, they literally tear the skin off the heals of my feet after only walking a 1/2 mile and I need bandages. I have worn them around the house and with socks to try “breaking them in” to no avail. I want to really like these but my feet hate them.

These are cute shoes and look like they would be very comfortable BUT they run really big and wide. I always wear a 10M and used their guide to order; it also specified a 10M. Well, I walked out of this shoe. Don't know if I'd have to scale a whole size down or what but I'm not trying it again. Too much trouble. I'm giving it one star based on the style, otherwise the fit is totally off.
