Ordered a 9 1/2 (my normal size) this shoe was way too big. Exchanged for a 9, still too big.

The top of this shoe is BLISSFULLY comfortable. The arch support is decent (which is hard to find in this style of shoe). My feet run wide, and these just don't accommodate the width comfortably (I can feel the edge of the insole under the ball of my foot and the edge of the arch support also rides under the arch of my foot). If you have a medium or narrow foot and appreciate arch support, these would be terrific.

I bought a pair in gray and like them so much I bought black too I have very high arches and "picky" feet, Merrell's usually work well for me. This shoe did not disappoint, I am on my feet all day at work (8-14 hours) with no issues.

I liked the looks of this cute Ballet flat, but for my difficult foot to fit, it didn't quite fit the bill. There was too much heel slippage for my narrow heel. The arch support was wonderful ! It can be used for dressier occasions, or cute with capris and pants.

Such comfortable and cute shoes! I’ll need to add metatarsal pads, but that’s pretty common for me. FYI, if you have over-pronating feet, be aware that these rock my under-pronating feet inward.

This is a beautiful shoe in every way, both nice looking and comfortable. However, for a good fit you need to order 1 whole size smaller.

I usually wear a 10, Zappos recommended a 10.5 so that is what I ordered. WAY too big - maybe a half size, maybe even a whole size too big. I am re-ordering a 10 and a 9.5. Shoe feels very comfortable on, could not walk in it because it was so big it fell off my foot.

This shoe has a soft sole and good arch support. The shoe isn't great for controlling pronation and the heel feel a bit loose. I've got heel pads to ad, and I won't spend time walking in them. The shoe is an odd color, blue with small electric green arrows are part of the weave. At a distance the color is OK, up close it's strange.

Sad face! These are cute and the knit upper is soft, but this is a BIG shoe. I'm sure it is super-comfortable and stylin' for someone else's feet. If ordering again, I would order down an entire size. However, as other reviewers have noted, the firm arch seems to be different than usual Merrell. The heel is wide and slippy. Returned. definitely run at least a half size too large, and have a huge arch support, so big it is uncomfortable. too bad, they are cute and otherwise would be comfy

I sooo wanted to keep these shoes. They're very cute but the fit is just weird. Perfect in the front but so loose in the back that I walked out of them. Had the same experience with the other Sojourn style. I used to be able to buy Merrells without even trying them on, now every style I buy I have to return. I don't have problem feet and I don't wear an odd size so I don't know what the problem is...

The style is great, really cute; however, they are sloppy wide and cause my ankles to roll inward. I returned them.

Reviews said to order one size or 1/2 size smaller. I ordered usual size 8, plus size 7 & 7 1/2. The 7 & 7 1/2 were too small; the size 8 was too loose at the heel. Too bad, disappointed because they should have been comfy & looked nice.

I agree with the reviews that the shoe runs big. I ordered a half size down and the fit was till a little big. If I was keeping the shoe I might try going down a whole size. The biggest problem for me is the sole. The way the shoe is built, it gives the back of the shoe a 1" heel-like lift and that's just not going to work for me for a casual run-around shoe. I'm returning it for that reason.

Wish it wasn’t too late to return. The material stretched out, what little support they had is gone and I’ve worn them about 5-6x
