I wanted a looser shirt, so I got an XL, and it doesn't even feel like an XL, being 6'3" and all. The sleeve length is great and it's lightweight. If you often get cheated out of appropriate-length sleeves or your shirts shrink easily, size up one from what you'd usually get. You won't feel like you're getting buried.
