The fit and size is perfect, very comfortable. The only problem I have is one of the heel pads on the top of shoe was not sewn correctly making it a little difficult to put on. I still love these shoes.

I had problems with supination in other shoes, but not these! I'm so happy I can run again. The tred is rugged which is great for the trails. When I first put them on I noticed the weird arch placement, but when running I don't notice anything. Highly recommend!

These shoes were comfortable out of the box. The toe box is roomy and the arch fits well. I don't like a stiff arch and this supports without feeling stiff.

I love these shoes! I have had them about a year, now and wear them for trail running/walking. They have a very aggressive tread, so give great grip on all surfaces. Extremely comfortable. I am about to buy another pair since these are getting worn out after a year of pretty heavy use. Highly recommended.

These are definitely a superior Merrell. Many of their styles I've tried (hikers mostly) seem cheaper and have weird arch "fits". These felt wonderful on, wide enough for my 7.5W foot, cushy from heel to toe, nice forefoot feel, great construction. But the arch was weird - pushed up in the front arch area, right behind the pad of the big toe. I just couldn't keep them for that only reason.

Very cunshiny, and has a large toe box which my feet need. Very cute on, and lightweight. I agree with the other review that the arch doesn't match where mine is, it pushes just below my big toe. Otherwise these would be perfect!

I can't answer a lot of questions about this shoe because I couldn't even get my foot into it. I ordered my correct size for Merrells and for the length of my foot, but could not even get my foot into this shoe. The laces go through non-stretch loops that are glued into slats on tongue. But the depth of this collar area is not long enough to accomodate my top-of-foot arch diagonally to my heel pad, as a shoe needs to be in order to slip your foot in. I've never ever had a problem with an accurately-sized shoe before, but this was like trying to slip into a child's shoe size. You absolutely have to be able to open the tongue area or at least have it stretch for this purpose. I found this shoe truly baffling. It was attractive, but not functional.

I use to Love Merrell shoes. The neutral shoe before they got carried away adding too much arch support. The arch seems to run from almost your toes to the heel. Its like walking on a rocky ground. I have normal arches too. I liked the look and quality of this shoe but will be returning them.

Color was pretty and toe box roomy, but I didn't like mesh toe area top. It keep squishing when walking. Also, lace end loops looked cheap and possibly rip with too much impact.

The fit and size of these shoes are great, but they do not last long. I've had them for less than 2 months, and they are already falling apart.
