Im still in the break in period (about 2 weeks in, and Im mostly in an office so they boots arent getting a ton of movement to break in faster), so they arent the most comfortable yet, but they are starting to take shape. The soles dont seem super comfortable yet, but hopefully after the break in period they will be more comfortable. I love how they look, and a coworker has had a pair for just over a year as his daily boots and he raves about them and they still look great (practically look new) after a year of daily use.

Ive had them three months and like them better than the Thorogoods I had before in every way. The Danners are more comfortable and the lacing system is better, among other details I prefer. As with most all-leather boots like this they still arent fully broken in but theyre on their way. I put Huberds shoe grease on them right away which Im sure helped. The only reason they dont get five stars is the last theyre built on. I have normal width feet and have never had to buy wide until these. I also had to take them to a local boot repair shop (lucky to have one and a good one at that) and had them stretch the boot where the tongue attaches at the bottom as that was still too tight after two months. Maybe I have a high instep. If you have actually wide feet these probably wont work for you.

The sole has a spot where its separating from the boot and Ive only wore them 3-4 times not even for work

Quality could be a little better

John ordered these boots, but I find them uncomfortable my toes hurt at the end of the shift. I've bought other Danner shoes and they're great. I'DE LIKE TO RETURN AND EXCHACE FOR A DIFFERENT SHOE.

Amazing quality! Perfect fit!

These were a gift for my elder son. He said they fit well even with a steel toe and the leather was soft and comfortable, he also commented that they were almost too nice looking to wear to work.

Fits great length wise but feels a little bit too long compared to other size 9 shoes I wear. Otherwise, great boot, good quality looks and feel. One issue is that the white sole gets dirty real quick but that's expected

Great boot, however it was a bit narrow for me witht he standard sizing, whereas other Danner boots so far have fit true to size. I had to return this boot and get a wide. I'm hoping the wide fits properly.

Love these work boots. I am in them 365 days of the year and dont just wear them for work. Im on the concrete 8hrs a day for my job and they help to keep my feet comfortable and my back from aching. On my second pair and will definitely buy them again.

Wore red wings for years and decided to try out Danner after hearing good things about them. Couldnt be happier. Comfy right out of the box and they look awesome.

The boots run really narrow so if you have even slightly wider feet, you need to go for a wide size. The tops of my feet were way too tight in the regular size ones as well.

I have to admit that I bought them simply because they are beautiful-looking boots. They are comfortable and I love the fact they come with two different colored laces. This is my third pair of Danner boots only in 30 years so yes they last. These are my cool boots that I will keep clean and wear around town.

I like the quality and feel of the boots, however the left foot feels tight and uncomfortable and I was unable to wear it for very long.

Mighty epic boots, but some pinching! Hopefully this goes away in time; after all, time heals all wounds, my friends.

Great boots love them if anything if your getting steel toe consider upsize for the length I tried a pair of 10 non steel at bass pro because they didnt have the style I wanted in steel toe in my area maybe the company could send out a foot size chart cardboard cutout to see what you need before ordering online regardless of that great boots

Seems well built. They look nice. I couldn't test it since it was too narrow (and I got the extra wide ones) and had to return them. It'd be nice if it had some insulation or lining in the inside.

I have wide feet and these boots still fit well. They have great grip, are comfortable to wear all day and the laces dont loosen while wearing. I have worn them in the rain and they keep my feet warm and dry just like they are supposed to!

I'm a little concerned about the way they fit around my ankles. I have pretty bony ankles, and they hurt on the sides and back. If you know anything that will relieve that, please let me know. Otherwise will keep trying to break them in.

I cant give an outright negative review as the boots seemed well built, however I ordered in the size I typically wear and have worn in the past from Danner (6 crucial in 10d) but went wider for comfort. (Into ee) While advertised as running true to size I could barely fit my foot into these width, length and overall room in the boot. and had to return. I dont have a Danner retailer local and will probably have to shop a different brand that I can find locally rather than purchasing another pair of Danner boots online.
