Love these shoes!

I wear Uggs all winter long. I know with certain styles to size up or down. This pair, I would size up from your normal size. I like shoes that don't make me feel restricted. These did, no toe wiggle room. Plus, the thing that bugged me the most was I didn't feel as though the shoe allowed my entire foot inside of it. I would literally walk right out of the shoe. I have many Uggs in the slide catagory and my foot doesn't slip out of the shoe. Guess my foot is too thick or something for this new style. Maybe if I had talons instead of toes, they may have stayed on then I could have kept them. Probably be better suited for someone with a thinner foot.

I enjoy my slippers but should have gotten bigger size

I felt like all the other reviewers when I received my slippers a few months ago ... but unlike every other pair of Uggs I've owned - the quality on these - particularly the sheepskin lining - is terrible. Just a few months of normal wear as slippers and there is barely any sheepskin remaining. After more than a year, when I decided to replace my Coquette slippers - they looked better than this. Really a shame - they are super cute. Probably great if you wear them occasionally as a slide rather than daily as a house slipper

I returned my product due to a size difference. I have been waiting way to long without an update. I am about to contact the BBB to make a formal complaint.

Not at all impressed, actually super disappointed.

I have had many pairs of UGG slippers and two pairs of UGG boots with a curved zipper, which you now no longer make. The first pair of the slippers were to exact and I returned them. The new pair I wore for about an hour one day and then another day I wore them for about 3 hours. They hurt my feet and I just could not wear them. I didn't know what to do so, they are sitting in my closet. I will purchase the UGG slippers, that I have had in the past. Since, I wore them I was wondering if there is any chance they could be returned for a partial refund or exchange?
