My very first pair of Uggs and I AM NOT impressed. There is zero cushion or arch support which made for a miserable day of Christmas shopping. When I get home amd take them off the pad comes out on both shoes. The cost v quality of these shoes is unacceptable. I'll stick with my sketchers.

I ended up ordering a half size down because the shoes felt a little big. The half size down is a little snug on one foot but because of the stretchy fabric I think it will be fine.

I wanted a neutral slip-on to replace another Ugg slip-on that I have worn out. Although these are a much lighter material than my old pair, they will make an excellent 3 season shoe. Comfortable and cute all purpose shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes but was unable to get the right fit for me in a couple of sizes. I have a very high arch and the top of the shoe was too tight because of this. I was also disappointed in the lack of arch support in the shoe itself. Tried so hard to make these work as they are fantastic looking shoes!

These are my second pair of Ugg Bren. First pair I wore on a three week vacation in Asia. Wore it almost everyday in comfort!! Because of the light color, it did get dirty. I washed in washer and it turned yellow along the edge. Will probably buy again if it gets too dirty. Love the fit and the style! :))
