I am preparing for along section hike of the California PCT this summer... well, for what I hope to be a long section hike, anyway. 9The permits are in hand, though, which I am grateful for.) So when I saw these on sale, I snatched them up. I very much appreciate the fit so far: looser but not too blousy around the ankles, so as to cover shoes or boots. The seams between the legs are not noticeable, which bodes well for little to no chafing once I get some miles on them. But as always, the proof will be in the pudding. Stay tuned.

These are my new OR favorite pants. They are a bit thicker and more durable than ferrosi. I'd day they run a little big in the waist, so go a size down.

I'm pretty hard on pants but the Voodoo holds up nicely to my abuse. I've found them to be a genuine step up in durability over the Ferrosi. Mild water repellency, stretch fabric, and true to size fit.

These are hands down the best pants I've ever owned. The down side is, the new version, as of Feb/March 2020 have a couple issues (see my review of the new Voodoo Pants).
They do run a little baggy and large in the waist based on the size chart. I'm a solid 33/34 waist and I need a size 32 waist for overall fit. If you're between sizes and BMI below 25, order the next smaller waist.
Highly recommend over all!

I'd like to give it a 4.5 but the website won't let me lol. I have to say I love these pants. They're so comfortable and functional. They block wind relatively well, the stretch is perfect, they dry very quickly, and seem to be incredibly tough. My only gripes are small. The first being that the front had pockets are waaayy to small. I can barely fit my iPhone 7 in the front pocket. That's not a huge phone either. And that there's no sinch on the lower legs. I could be wrong but I think some older versions had them. Idk maybe people isn't like it. But anyway other than that they're awesome. Haven't found an activity they don't excel at yet lol climbing, great. Hiking, awesome. I have a feeling they'll even work well spring touring in the western Sierra. All around groovy pair of pants. Oh! And also, they really do look relatively nice for going out after you're preferred activity! Which never makes or breaks anything but it's super convenient. OR always provides awesome stuff

This is the best fitting and most comfortable pants I've ever bought. I've had these only for a month but I've already worn them over a week. I'd like to test out their durability and longevity.

I love this style of pant. After reaching the summit of Mt. Rainer in a pair I have purchased several pairs. I love the flexibility/mobility these pants allow. My legs stayed warm in the morning and stayed cool during the high output moments of pushing up the mountain. I kept my snacks in the pocket on the right leg for easy access.
If I had to pick one issue with these pants it would be. I wish they came with the ability to tighten the waist. They have belt loops for a belt so, I wear one but I prefer to not have to use a belt.

Want some pants that will move with you and not hold you back? The Voodoo is just that. These versatile pants are lightweight, breathable, and offer just the right about on stretch in all the right places. They are comfortable and look great out on the trail or sitting for hours on a plane. The Voodoo held up nicely in a light rain in the PNW with water beading right off of them. I am 5'11 with a 30" inseem, 32" waist, but juicier in the tush and thighs making most pants feel too tight. The 34" waist fits perfectly and the length is great.

This is a great active lifestyle pant. I've worn the shorts for years and they've held up well. So I pulled the trigger on the pants and found their versatility and durability to be the same. I now have four pair.

I want to wear these pants every day. If I didn't have to occasionally wash them I would. Recently we had some rain in Los Angeles and I was amazed at how quickly they dried after the several drenchings I received throughout the day while working. They're also comfortable enough to wear while hanging out on the couch watching football. In terms of use during heavy activity, I couldn't be more pleased. They are warm enough for 40 degree mornings and breath well enough for 78 degree afternoons. I just bought another pair in a different color so I'm certain these will be on heavy rotation in my work and play wear.

I use these pants for all things outdoors, they are very well ventilated to use on warmer days and the fabric holds up incredibly to normal abuse from hiking and abrasion from climbing. The short option is a must for those with a shallow inseam! These pants fit every category of use and have a slight stretch for super comfort!

Great pants! Nice fit, just wish the front pockets were slightly bigger and the cell phone pocket was way smaller. Still great pants

I love these pants! They are well designed, fit nicely, are very comfortable to climb in, and hold up well cragging and on alpine rock. I wore these pants for 3 back to back days of climbingtwo at the crags, followed by an alpine day in the Eastern Sierra and then wore them to dinner! I REALLY appreciate that the Voodoo pants are available in a short size for those us who are height challenged, but still want to challenge the heights!

The sharp looks make these pants suitable for casual office work, and the durability, flexibility, and fit make them suitable for climbing, hiking and living in austere environments.
