I wear an 8.5 shoe. These were too short. I will order size 40

I loved the style of the shoe and was so disappointed that I had to return them. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 38 and foot just fit, but the width was a little narrow but ok. This style doesn't have as much flexibility as other Bernie Mev styles. Another issue I had is there were bumps beneath the shoe pad that hit my heel and the bone below my big toe. The bump was not present in the opposite shoe so I believe this was a manufacturer defect. I hated to return them but was so pleased when the agent helped me find a replacement shoe similar to the style of the Rigged Vivaldi. I purchased another style of the Bernie mev and it is perfect. Zappos is great to do business with -- love these people!

Company is inconsistent in their manufacturing. Have the same shoe same size in a different color and the black one is smaller. Also the left shoe is narrower than the right show. Very poor quality control.

I have tried two pairs, one a size 40 which should have fit my 9.5 foot and then the 41 - which says it is for a size 11 foot. Love the look and feel of the shoes but cannot get a good fit. Had to return both pairs.

OMG! The elastic ribbons make wearing these so comfy! Like a hug for my feet! I just LOVE that the gold shimmers in the sunlight. I have gotten so many compliments on them and people in the stores ask me what they are so they can buy some. I did put arch supports in them but that made them slip off my heel just a little bid. So the sole could be a little thicker. I got a 2nd pair in navy which go well with jeans for every day wear.

Not as stylish in person

The shoes feel comfortable on my feet. I got them to take on a trip to slip on and look good. The inside feels so cozy to the feet, I will not need to wear socks. These shoes are exactly what I had in mind.

Had to go a size up. Got the gold color. Comfortable and cute. I really like Bernie Mev as I have bunions.

I loved the look and lightweight feel of this shoe. It also comes in a beautiful box. I was surprised that although it’s a wedge with a low heel, it felt like I was walking on a small kitten heel so it wasn’t as comfortable as it looks.

Nice shoes. Neutral bronze/black color scheme will go with anything. Purchased to keep at work for walking during lunch breaks as they easily slip on/off and don't require socks.

Felt light and I like the silhouette. But they were tiny! I'd say the size 40 felt like a 38. Have ordered the 41. Hope it works!

I love this shoe. My normal size is 7.5 or 8 but I ordered these in a 9 and they were too short. Unfortunately a size 10 isn't available. I also ordered a different style in Bernie. Mev , size 9, but they were also short and much wider than the Vivaldi. The company doesn't appear to have consistency in sizing. Cute styles, though!

I really wanted to love these as they are so darling but the sole is hard and inflexible. They just did not feel good on my feet. Sadly returning them.
