these sandals are very comfortable except that they were narrow and pinching my baby toe - I saw this was reviewed before, but I game them a try anyway. Had to return.

I wear a size 9, but ordered a size 9.5 because many of the reviews stated that the shoes run small. Well, they definitely run SMALL! I have to return the 9.5 and reorder in a size 10. For a company a reputable as Sorel, I would have expected them to do better on the sizing. Poor sizing aside, the sandals are SUPER cute! I loved the way they looked on my feet, and think they will go well with everything from jeans to a summer dress. .

Here is my take on these shoes: They ARE true to size LENTH wise, but they are ONLY for those with narrow feet. I cannot emphasize this enough! If you have wide feet, don't waste your time. The band across the toes has no give whatsoever and the "leather" does not feel like leather. In my opinion, it feels/looks like foam. It pretty much pushes into the top of your foot when you walk and it hurts. I don't see how it could ever stretch out. For reference I am a solid 9.5 or EURO 41 and I ordered a 10 with plenty of space in front of my toes.

I really wanted to like these sandals! They were cute, stylish for a variety of outfits, and from a brand I trust. I'm normally 9.5 in most shoes, so I ordered the 9.5 and 10. The top band on the sandal sat in a place on my big toe I knew would rub and create a blister. The 9.5 felt a little too big for me based on where the strap sat. However, based on how snug it was in certain places, I knew the 9 wouldn't work.

The leather foot strap and the elastic ankle straps were different shades of tan. Looked really stupid. I returned them.

Bought 3 sizes - none worked. Because I wasn't sure about sizing after reading reviews, I first bought the dark brown in 10 and black in 10.5. I have narrow feet and they fit me wonderfully in that regard - best fit in years - but the footbed for both was too short. In fact the brown 10 seemed slightly longer than the black 10.5. And because there is slightly raised stitching along the edge of the footbed, it felt uncomfortable to have my toes going past the end. I assumed getting an 11 (black) would be the perfect fit. Unfortunately, the footbed on the 11 was the right length but suddenly the rest of the shoe was made for much wider/normal(?) feet. Both the ankle straps were far too loose and the foot strap was so wide it didn't even touch my skin. For reference: I am a size 10 shoe and sometimes get a 9.5 in open backed sandals (which this sandal is not) to help with my narrow feet. My recommendation - if you have narrow feet below a size 9/9.5 these sandals are for you (in a 10) and if you have size 10 medium width feet the 11s will probably be great for you. Narrow size 10? You're out of luck. Though, given my experience, there could be differences between colors. Zappos is probably loosing a lot in postage on these sandals.

These were cute but ran small and the heal strap I felt like sat too low. Super comfortable sole and strap material... just didn't do it for me.

Runs small and narrow. The camel is a little dark for what I am looking for, but may size up in the rose gold color. Seem like they will be comfortable if the fit was right.

Sadly, no. This shoe makes no sense. Super snug ankle strap, loose toe strap?! My normal size, while mildly unstable due to looseness of toe strap, was too short and my toes rubbed on the topstitching on sole of shoe. 1/2 size larger was way too loose across toes. Sending both back.

Strap across ties way too tight. Will have to return them. Purchased 1/2 size larger but still not workable. Cute sandal. Maybe offer wide or adjustable strap?

These sandals are so cute, I really didn't want to send them back. The band across the foot was a little loose, but okay because my feet are pretty narrow and sandals often fit like that. The two multicolor elastic straps across the top of the foot are stranglers, though! They are really tight, and even though they are elastic, they are wide straps that squeeze your foot. I only had them on for about 10 minutes testing them out around the house and they left strap marks across my foot. These strong elastics also make these sandals kind of a pain to get on. Too bad because they are really nice looking, beautiful colors.

I love the look and quality of this sandal, however the straps are so tight that it makes the shoe uncomfortable. Also there is no enough support for all day wear. Overall disappointed for the price.

Agree with what most others said. Normally a 7. The 7.5 kinda fit, but toes were to edge and the seam is under your toes, which will be uncomfy. Held them up to my other size 7 sandals and they were the same. 8 woulda worked to give a little more room for toes. I was sent wrong side so gave up.

I really wanted to like this shoe. The rose gold parts are so modern and fresh. Unfortunately, the elastic part was a bit tight around the ankle, and its light color made it seem like a medical bandage. It’s much more gauze-like than the photo implies. Had to return.

I really wanted these shoes. The problem was the sizing was all over the place. They seem to run small, as other reviews stated. So I sized up a 1/2 size, however, that was not enough - and the shoe was basically the same size (actually felt tighter). The full size larger was too big - much too big - got much longer and looser. I had to send both back as neither were going to work. I did order them in another color and again, sizes ran small - but the 1/2 size larger was fine. If you are willing to try a few sizes to find 'your fit' - go for it! They are very cute, colors are all nice and it's a good brand and price. :)

Very cute and stylish, but no arch support.

These are cute but a little snug and not entirely comfortable. I got the "natural" and the rose gold leather strap is really pretty and slightly more intense than pictured. The off-white elastic straps looked kind of like bandages around my ankle so that was a little weird. They hugged my foot quite snugly, which was ok, but then the heel cup chafed on the inside of both my heels. The front strap hit my outer foot at an unflattering spot. I normally wear 9-9.5; got these in 9.5. They fit with no extra room so I'd say they run slightly small but not by an entire size. These might be nice on different feet than mine but I'm sending them back.

Cute style, with comfortable materials. I normally wear an 8, but sized all the way up to an 9 1/2 after much trial and error.

I love these sandals for the style and the comfort!! Unfortunately the rose gold on the white with rose gold pair was off the charts bright and just too flashy for my taste. I will try another color.

I bought this show to wear in Europe for walking. It was way too small and I wasn't convinced going up half or even hold size would work or provide enough comfort especially around the toes where it was way too tight.

I loved the look. However the elastic straps around the ankle act like a tourniquet. At first it feels very comfortable but soon my feet were swelling and it became apparent the straps are just too tight. I don’t think they could be stretched out. And I have narrow ankles!

I really wanted to love this shoe. The style and color are so cute! I had tried size 7.5 in the store, and I felt that the footbed was too short. The elastic straps were too tight around my ankles and I felt they were making walk very stiffly. I then decided to order size 8 from Zappos. This time the footbed was the perfect length, but the elastic straps were still too tight and were actually pushing my feet towards the front of the footbed.

Very cute design but unfortunately straps were too tight around the ankle. Really wished the straps fit better. Had to return.
