Could not be happier! I got these shoes for my son who wears AFO's and these shoes have been a game changer for us. Since purchasing he has been able to start learning how to get his shoes on and off independently as the zip makes it so much easier than any other shoe we have tried. Another big thing for us is that they look great. We will be getting them in every colour!

Wonderful shoes and WONDERFUL customer service. These shoes are absolutely a dream! So easy to put on and so stylish. My son, who has Angelman Syndrome, is working on walking endurance. After a few times of wearing them to get used to the them, he walked a 1/2 mile in them-something he has never done before. The one negative thing about these shoes is that if you disturb the integrity of the zipper at all (think, your child trips and scuffs the tip of their shoe) the zipper is not able to zip back up if the track is manipulated at all. This is tricky for us, as my son trips a lot. I reached out to customer service and they were able to send us a new pair of shoes and they offer a sealant that can be put on future shoes to make the zipper area more durable. So far so good!

These work great for my son's brace. We ask to get the zippers reinforced when we order the mismatched sizes. We love Billy shoes and have been buying them for the past 2 years. That is all my son wears.

The best purchase I made for my son, love the style. Works great with his SMO's he walks just fine with them. Definitely would purchase more in the future.

The original lows worked well so we decided to try a pair of high tops. Our granddaughter has afo braces and these work very well with them. Easy to get on and off, look amazing and great quality.

These shoes fit perfectly over my 4 year old sons AFOs and are easy to get on and off. I had some issues with the zipper on one pair in the past, customer service could not have been more responsive or helpful!

My son absolutely loves these shoes they are so comfortable for him especially that he wears a brace it fits perfectly and doesn't tempt him to even try to take it off! Definitely will be buying more!!!

These shoes are amazing! I knew they would be easier to get on my sons foot, and of course they are super cute, but I didn't expect the quality of the shoe to be so sturdy. They are the best shoes and I'm so grateful to have found them!

These were the second pair we have gotten for our son and they are the best thing ever created finding shoes to fit with his AFOs was always hard to do and trying to get them on him every morning was a task especially since I have nerve damage in both my hands and they are so we'll made and put together we were having to buy new shoes four to five times during the school year and since finding billy's footwear they have lasted well over the school year and are still in great shape thank you so much billy's footwear u have made my life so much easier

Thank you so much for making these shoes! Our morning routine used to be a struggle! It took us forever to put on socks, SMO's, AFO's and then muscle it all into a shoe that had to be 3 sizes larger to accommodate the braces. Billy shoes are awesome in accommodating the braces and can be put on in a minute due to its smart flap. Shoes are stylish, well made and its price easily competes with big shoe brands. I can't say enough! Thank you!

Purchased this for my son AFO. The shipping are fast and arrived on time before the fitting appointment of my son. Just need to remove the insole and it fits perfectly. The zipper design make it easy for the shoes to put on. My wife love it! His therapist like it too and said they will recommend it to other parents. We will definitely buy another one for outdoor use.
