I love these shoes! My son has AFO's and I tried several different brands but they wouldn't close/fasten. The laces allow the tongue to flap over and the zipper to close over the arch of his foot. He doesn't walk very often, and I was worried that the canvas and zipper would get ruined when he crawls, but it doesn't. The rubber is rubbing off some since he does crawl, but it's better than his foot getting messed up.

The sole of these shoes make them last so much longer. My daughter drags one of her feet so these shoes have been a game changer for us!

We just got these delivered and my son could not wait to open them! They so cool, exactly as pictured, and they fit so well over his SMO braces.
