I purchased for my grandson a size 6 toddler shoe. He wears orthotics and he is two. These little shoes that zip are so easy to put on and take off with orthotics on his feet. They are cute too. Very happy for the quality as well.

We loved them but the grandbaby I got them for they were to small but the other grandbaby loves them.
