This was on my wish list for Christmas and my wife purchased it for me. It's very comfortable and will come in handy when I travel to colder climates and it will keep me dry on rainy days. This jacket is a great fit and very comfortable to wear. The lining is very soft and doesn't irritate the area around your neck. The hood is detachable so you don't always have to tote it around. Thank you!!!

Great jacket. Insulated, so provides more warmth than a shell. Waterproof, windproof, dries quickly. Looks great and very functional. I anticipate wearing it skiing on milder days. Pit zips would be great, as would a 2 way zipper to aid in venting when needed. Hopefully it will be breathable enough to handle the extra exertion. Great jacket.

I got mine out of season so it was on sale. it's a really nice jacket. and because of the sale it was a good value. I'm not a fan of velcro tho, I wish companies would stop using velcro, they're noisy, they tear up other things, like your sleeves, gloves, straps, etc. I also wish the breast/chest pockets had either button or zipper enclosures (again instead of the velcro). I'm not sure how the velcro setup right now, with the big gaping holes are going to keep water out when it rains... I'm also waiting to see how well the jacket actually stands up to the rain. so no insight on the water repellency.

I got this for 40% off and it was worth it. Aside from the sleeves being too long (I wear a large usually, sleeves go an inch + past my wrist), everything about it is great. Can't wait to give it a test run in the winter.

I bought this jacket because I was searching for a "stealthy" cold weather jacket for trips to work, city walking and on trips to colder climates. I am a 5'10" male with a size 40 chest and 32" waist. I saw the model that had similar measurements to mine but felt the jacket might be a bit big for me and wouldn't insulate as well. Instead of choosing the Medium that the model used I went with the Small in the color black. I tried the Stetler jacket on with a Rain Jacket, V-Neck Sweater, Button Down shirt, and a thermal shirt underneath. With these layers the jacket did not feel too tight around my chest or arms and I did not feel that my mobility was hindered. If I reached out the sleeves would still cover my wrists. I have not yet used this jacket during the winter time but look forward to testing it's insulation. The only negative I found was the branding on the back of the hoodie. It's really hard to picture because the branding is a reflective material but looks gray in person (See my image. Google search: "#777B7E" for an approximate color). I was looking for something a little less "showy". Besides that, I am very happy with my purchase.

Nice looking jacket. A little big in the mid section but not bad at all. Good for layering. Only downfall was the sleeves come halfway up my forearm when extending. Need to reconstruct the pits with an extra piece for extending your arms. A good place to see the design is Patagonia. Too bad, I was excited about this jacket.

This is a good jacket. I love the warmth, and the waterproof protection. The only major gripe I have is the hood blocks your vision if you use it in the rain. Most hoods have an adjustable strap on the back, but this one doesn't. This jacket's hood pulls so far over your head it covers your vision so its useless if you're not wearing a beanie or hat on. I'm questioning if I should keep this product.
