Very comfortable. Great fit.

When I receive the first hoodie. I took a slight look over it wrapped it up and put it under the tree for my family Christmas! When presents were handed out my son opened his present the hoodie that I had purchased from you the blue one that is. And he tried it on and noticed there was a small hole in the lower front pocket. So I told him that I would contact North-Face and get it exchanged immediately.I was slightly nervous when I called thinking that a they were out of stock Or b they were going to somehow say not our problem you Must have did it when you put it on . I wish I could remember the young lady's name that I talk to you when I did call. She was very helpful she was very sweet and she got it done immediately she overnight express to me in another hoodie it was here the next day and I package the other one up and will be mailing it back on December 27. Thank you Northface for making it an easy exchange. And the young lady that helped so gracefully. You are an inspiration to every customer service person during the holiday season!
