I loved the look of these shoes! I originally ordered a size 7, as I am a true 7 in almost all shoes/sneakers. I wore them once and they hurt my feet and the zippers kept coming apart at the bottoms...so I called Zappos customer service (the best!) and I exchanged them for a 7.5 which is PERFECT! I love these sneakers and can wear them comfortably all day long! Thanks again for great customer service - the woman I spoke to even wished me a happy Mother's Day which was the following weekend!

I loved the first pair so much, I just ordered the other color! They are tight for just a bit when you first get them, but quickly relax a bit, so order your true size.

These are amazing. So cute. Extremely comfortable. Give you the heel without the discomfort. I have a bad knee due to sports injury/surgery and I can’t wear heels. I can wear these!! Dress up a casual outfit just a notch. Tons of compliments.

I returned my size 8s for the 8.5 What a difference. They fit great now. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8. This shoe runs small.

Super cute and looks great with jeans. Love the zipper detail. Easy to slip-on and off.

So cute, got these to dress up outfits. They are a bit more fancy than just a flat sneaker. They are comfortable enough. But wouldn't ware them if I had to do a lot of walking.

As previous reviews have said, these shoes are really cute, but super narrow and rigid. I want to keep them because they're exactly what I was looking for, but will probably return them as I don't think they will soften enough to be comfortable.

The shoes are really stylish and go with everything. The toe area is a bit narrow (and I have narrow feet) and rubbed on my pinkie toes the first couple times I wore them. And just a warning - the black dye will stain your feet/legs at first. Overall, I recommend them!

They are very narrow in the toe and become painful after a few hours.

I love the style of this sneaker. I originally purchased a 7 but had to size up to a 7-1/2. Also I would have liked to have had it in a wide width if it was available. Not a comfortable fit off the bat but I’m keeping them hoping they will become comfortable.

Wear socks and the zippers Will not bother you.

These shoes are super cool but they run narrow and they are too stiff around the ankle. They rubbed my ankle bone so I had to return them.

Super cute shoes! I’m glad I ordered a 1/2 size up and got an 8 instead of my go to 7.5. They are kinda a narrow shoe but overall pretty comfortable.

These shoes are a great color and cute style. While they felt good on the bottom of my foot, they were a little tight on the instep and rubbed my ankle bone. That was a deal-breaker. I need to be able to do a lot of walking without getting blisters. I will be returning them.

I want these to fit but they don’t. I should have gone a half size up but I went w the majority of the reviews so I ordered true to size but they are a half size too small. They definitely will look cute w leggings or jeans, ugh! I may order a size up.

These shoes are comfortable! I am surprised how easy they are to slip on. I purchased the dark gray and they are a really pretty color and true to size. I love I can reach for these babies instead of boots this winter.

These are super cute. But they feel narrow on my average width foot. I ordered a 7 which felt tight and a 7.5 which was definitely too big. A friend has them and told me they will stretch out. So I’m wearing the 7 around my house to break them in. I don’t think I will ever be wearing these for long periods of time or any major sightseeing but they will be great for everyday type shoes.

Loved these, but unfortunately had to return. They run very large. I wear a 7.5 in nearly every brand (and own other Steve Madden brand shoes), but these were at least a full size big and felt bulky/heavy. I would have exchanged for a smaller size, but needed them sooner than I would have received the exchange. Otherwise, they are super cute and comfortable!
