Size felt 1/2 size too small. ON states that the shoe is supportive for pronated ankles. This is not so, as there is absolutely no arch support and padding is minimal. Additionally, the construction of this very good looking shoe offers very little lateral support, relying on the shoestring to provide the lateral support. After all the hype I read on the fantastic ON website, I was left disappointed by the product. A great looking product, but for me it stops there.

These shoes looked better online than they did on-foot. There's no arch support at all, and they're quite thin and not supportive overall. They were comfortable enough on first wearing, for a few minutes, but ultimately wouldn't have been comfortable wearing for a long period of time due to the complete lack of any arch-support. They're not worth the substantial price tag, especially as Nike makes dozens of running shoes that are strudier and have more arch-support.
I'd also recommend:

I love the look of this shoe but I was very disappointed with the fit. I tried a couple of different sizes and but 2 months later it’s way to lose to the point that I can’t really wear them.

First time to write a review here. Received the Cloud X and tried them on. Very light. Roomy. Seemed nicely made and stylish. But, I immediately recognized that the outer side collar was much too high for me. Rode up on my lateral malleolus. Where the fibula joins back up with the tibia.
That's an instant "No" for me, as it will create excruciating pain after just a little wear. I can't imagine why the manufacturer would design them that way rather than cut the collar to fall beneath that sensitive protrusion. However, If your ankle architecture would tolerate their collar design, I would think you'd be very happy with the Cloud X.

I owned two pair of these which, thankfully, Zappos refunded when upper eyelets on both pair ripped out after limited use. The upper material appears too weak to handle what I consider moderate tightening for moderate runs. Stay away from these if you ask me.

Buyer beware!
This shoe caused a sesamoid issue of the interphalangeal big toe. Due to its construction causes over flexion in the toe area. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that they are willing to give me 50% off.... Fake company. Wear at your own risk.

Did not feel like running “on clouds”. Very little support and felt like running in cement blocks during a 15 mile run.

The lining on the heel and the upper portions have worn off. I contacted customer support after 4 months and got no response. Poor customer service from On. First and last pair I buy from them, which is said because the shoe is very comfortable and I liked the design.

I have owned this brand before and was a big fan but they must have changed the manufacturing. The toe box is significantly more narrow and non symmetrical rubbing on the outside small toe. Wish I had known that before taking them on 5 mile hike and limping for a week after. Into the donation bin.

Great style but waaaay more narrow than the On Cloud model. If you have feet that are as narrow as blades on ice skates, then these are the shoes for you! Everyone else, pick a different model : )

I bought a pair of these shoes last fall and started using them until the weather turned. I found the shoe laces to thin. I pulled them out of the closet to start using them again. I noticed some small erosion in the heel. After wearing them twice for my 2+ mile walk I found I have a blister on my heel from where heel rubbed against the shoe. For the price I paid for this pair of shoes I wouldn't recommend them
