I've used these several times for CrossFit and they are overall pretty good. They are a little stiff in the sole so any running feels a little awkward but fine if you are doing short distance repeats like 100, 200, 400 meters but not more. Style wise I like the look and feel of the material and design. The shoelaces are on the long side.

At first I didn't like that my heel slipped, but once I got the laces adjusted right and I wore them a couple times, they stopped doing that. I kind of love these shoes overall, especially the styling. They are super stable for my Crossfit style workouts. Very light and not clunky like traditional lifting shoes. They are not cushioned enough for me to run a lot, but walking is fine and they work great on the flat pedals of the spin bike. The laces are way too long for me. Like 12" too long on both sides. I could cut them off and tie them but instead I ordered no-tie laces to replace them, which was an extra $8 added to the cost of the shoe.

Love the look and the support of the shoe, however, the heel slipped. I am normally a 10 in Nike sneakers and the 10 slipped. I tried the 9.5 and still experienced the same problem to the point that it pulled my sock off of my heel.

These are a great training shoe. They have a very flat sole which is great for balance and feeling stable, but they are also less springy than some training shoes I have owned. Not in a bad way, just as a note. Great show overall. Ran a half size bigger than I normally wear.

Nice shoe, but not right for my foot. It doesn't really roll as I move forward, so my foot would sort of just slap down. Also, it was a little wide for my foot. I do have slender (but not narrow) feet with a wide toe splay. When doing lateral jumps, there was just too much movement inside the shoe.

Overall, I like these sneakers. They feel like they need to be broken in more than other Nikes. Little arch support, as per most Nike’s, but I always get an extra insert for all of my shoes anyway so this wasn’t an issue. Not worth $130, but Nikes usually last me several years.

I have used these for my classes as well as my lifting days. They have good support for lateral movement. My only issue is I feel my heels slide a little- but I get that with many cross trainers..

Looking for shoe that would be appropriate for weight training and occasional crossfit style workouts. Nike is a notoriously poor fit on me but their styles always have me looking. Went up 1/2 size which solves the typical Nike narrow fit problem for me. Style is clean and modern, nice grey/green color option. As another had noted, the back of heel does cause some slip. It's barely noticeable during routine walking but could be more of an issue if doing lunges or sled/Prowler pushing.

Really cute but runs a little small (short). I am normally a 9 in Nike everything but had to go up a half size.

These were perfect EXCEPT they have zero traction on the sole. Purchased for HIT and weight lifting, and feet are constantly slipping. Same issue now that I'm just working out on the hard wood floors at home. Bummer because otherwise these were great.

I love these shoes. They were comfortable and offered good support for my cross training workouts. I mostly do high rep weight training and spin bike in them. Sometimes I run in them on the treadmill, but rarely. I work out about 60-90 mins a day in a gym environment. Both shoes started pulling away from the soles at the 3 month mark. I feel like that is a very short lifespan for what they cost. And also because the rest of the shoe is in great condition. Just seems to be a defect in the one spot on both shoes.

I was unsure about these shoes when I first put them on. They are stiff and don't have a lot of cushion. I've been told that that is ok for doing metabolic conditioning type workouts and lifting weights like I do at my local gym. But, they are still uncomfortable unfortunately and I ended up changing out of them during today's workout. My feet were aching.

I just retired a pair of Metcon flyknits that I really loved. I ordered these and the Reebok Nano 8's, the Reeboks won the battle this time. The Nikes just felt like cardboard on my feet. I really wanted another pair of Metcon flyknits but couldn't fin any in my size.
I'd also recommend:

These were very stable, great for lifting. BUT they were so hard on the inside, they felt like they had no cushion.

I don't know how to explain this; I am normally a size 9, and while the size 9 Metcon was too small for me, the size 9.5 Metcon was too big! So, this shoe seems to run both small AND large? I could probably get away with the half-size larger with thicker socks, but I'd rather just find a shoe that fits out of the box.

It was just ok. For the price there are better Nike training sneakers.

The laces are too long so you have to double knot them. Side fit is good but the heel is uncomfortable. The back of the shoes goes in a bit and is not comfortable. Also these shoes started to hurt my heels after wearing in the house.
