This shoe fit very well. I wear a 5.5 M and have the problem of anyone whose size is smaller than 6 of having no shoes available in stores. I had bought a different black flat from Zappos which was too small, but this shoe is true to size and very comfortable.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and dressy. I had a similar pair in the past and could walk all over town in the city during a work assignment and never feel uncomfortable. Walking Cradles' brand is worth every penny!

I did not expect this kind of arch support and all-around comfort in a pair of flats. Stylish without sacrificing comfort--there's a sentence I don't often get to write about a pair of shoes.

These shoes are perfect! I have the most flat and difficult feet and these shoes don’t hurt at all! Love them!

Shoe manufacturers have become more generous - I will return these shoes for a Wide width instead of a Double Wide (WW) width. I've worn WW for years; lateley, WW is too large. Otherwise, these shoes are a keeper! Cute, Comfortable, just what I was looking for.

I'm on the hunt for the perfect "neutral-with-a-twist" black flat that is super cushioned and has great arch support, without having that "comfort-fit-shoe" look. The gathered detail on the toe is super cute, but the footbed cushioning and arch support are just not enough for me compared to, say Earth or Dansko levels.

These shoes were very nice looking. Unfortunately for me, they were just not wide enough and had to be returned.

Nice shoes but a little long for the size

What a clean and neat looking shoe. The bow design on the front adds some femininity to these supportive shoes. The heel is a tiny bit roomy in the back (not the sides of the heel)- not sure if it's my foot or if they're cut a bit too long in the heel area. These shoes are a nice (almost) flat for someone who needs support.

Sturdily built but still soft and comfortable to wear.

I really wanted this to fit but sadly, had to return it. Because the 6.5M was too short, too narrow in the toe area, and too tight over all, it was suggest I go up 1/2 size. But it felt more like a size. Guess I won't be finding brown shoes THIS year anywhere. And Zappos has been terrific. I've tried about 6 pairs and had to send each pairl back. But I did get lucky on 2 other shoes style and colors before that!

I have extremely wide feet and size between 7 and 8 depending on how the shoe is built, and wanted flats that weren't super-flat while being wearable all day. I got these in a 7.5 EE and wore them for a couple of hours to see, as they seemed like they might be on the tight side. They'll need a little wearing-in, as leather shoes often do, but since they _are_ leather I think they're going to end up being well-sized and very comfortable. A good purchase.

These shoes feel like bedroom slippers right out of the box! I was a little uncertain about the style but I like it. My foot is really between a medium and A wide and usually shoes are a little snug. These are just fine - as ling as they don't stretch after wearing.

I ended up sending these back an am waiting for size 7W instead of 6.5B width. The size I ordered was too narrow in the toe area, too short and too tight in the heel area. If that works it'll be terrific because even walking with all of those problems, they are comfortable with the latex footbed and rubber outsole. Will update when I get the 7W.

Really fooled me! I thought I'll order them & be disappointed as usual. Well, the first pair I had to return they were too long! The replacement came immediately. They were just right! I have very wide feet & wear orthotics.

First, my feet are flat and wide-ish. I can usually get into a 6.5 M if it's on the wide side of M. These are those kinds of shoes. I got the fabric one since I have another pair of fabric Walking Cradles flats and LOVE them! There's really no arch support per se. There's a little cushion area on the bottom arch area but it doesn't feel like anything to me. I wear these and my other pair to work all the time. I have a desk job but I'm also walking to and from meetings, climbing stairs, etc. all day and I never have problems. From the first day I wore these, I was comfortable. I also like the fact that these shoes and my previous pair fit exactly the same. Plus, I think they are super cute! The bows don't fall completely identically but I sort of like that imperfection. But maybe that's just me.

Love the style of the shoe. Maybe because it's fabric, it felt almost 1/2 size larger.

Just like all my other Walking Cradles--comfortable straight out of the box.

Too wide even though AA

I think they will break in eventually and the width will be ok. I have this shoe in 2 colors, and they are the perfect amount of dressy for my needs.

These shoes are super cute. I would say there is not much arch support. The sole is padded, however there is funky stitching at the sole in the toe that extends about 1/4-1/2 inch into the bed of the sole. Hits my toes and makes it feel like the shoes are too small. Not sure if these is an anomaly or normal, but I could not keep them.

I have very long toes, the toe box in this shoe is relatively short, which looks good overall however is painful on my toes.
