I have a very hard time finding flats that work for my feet. I have a narrow heel and need arch support. I feel like I tried every brand out there but was always disappointed, even with the super expensive designer brands. These were comfy right from the start. I am on my feet most of the day and they are great. I will buy another pair in another color.

I like the shoe. The first time I wore it, they felt tight and I developed blisters. Once I let the blisters heal, I could wear the shoes, and they soon felt comfortable. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months of wear, the soles separated from the top part of the shoe (see photo). This is very disappointing as I really like the shoe and feel the quality should be much higher for the money and brand.

I purchased this shoe a few weeks ago, wore it to work several times (an office job, not much walking) and the heel already peeled off. It is a hallow, rubber-type heel and it only glued around the edges where the heel meets the "leather". Very poor construction. Very disappointed that I spent $100 on a shoe that didn't last.

In the wide width, these fit well enough over my large bunion without falling off my heel. They are attractive for use with skirts or dress pants. The only thing that bothers me is that they come up a bit too high on the sides and bother the bone on the outside of my ankles. One good point is that the insole can be pulled up (it has a bit of glue on the heel bit, but easy enough to remove) so that I can use an orthotic insert.

I need an everyday flat. Sounds simple, but, I have wide feet with a HIGH arch and a bunion the size of Texas. These will do. I'm sure a normal foot would enjoy having these on.

I love this shoes! They're simple, but I get compliments on them all the time and they're SO comfortable. I have VERY wide feet, often requiring WW, and the wide width ones were fine. I wear these all the time and they're also very durable.

I found the shoe to be long and took a full-size smaller than usual. I tried 8.5 W, 8,0 W and finally 7.5 W, which is snug but will work for shoes in stretch fabric, I think. The shoe is reasonably cute and the best feature is the toe box: it has enough height and width that my weird feet (bunion and hammer toe on each foot) are accommodated. Very happy with Zappos' service, as usual. Hope the Amazon model is not adopted here because people are what make Zappos the success that it is.

I got these in exchange for Frye Regina in Cognac. After talking to the customer service representative, I chose a size 9 - the Regina were way too big. The Walking Cradles were comfortable right out of the box, and the color is perfect, a warm dark brown. They aren't glamorous but my need for comfort outweighs my desire to be fashionable.

For a short, wide foot, this shoe was a half size too large. Width was perfect. Liked the style.

I love these shoes when I first put them on. They felt so comfortable, but when I walked around in the them the heel slid off and irritated my heel.

I sometimes need size 8 in closed shoes but these were too big hence the 4 stars for comfort. I’m exchanging for a 7.5 and crossing my fingers!

I finally know how 174years of age wears down and broadens the feet, feet don't grow longer, only wider. Shoe sizes have been hard for me to determine, my foot is skinny in the morning, fatter in the evening. However, these shoes fit so nicely after I put a Dr. Schols foot pad in the bottom. The 8.5 long by W(D) just fit perfectly. No 'breaking-in', no aching, red toes or blisters, no opting to go barefoot the rest of my life. If there were 'universal shoe sizes' throughout the USA, then everyone could buy any shoe and be comfortable in it. Thank You Zappos, You ROCK!!! Free shipping, cutting edge shoes, great staff. I love these shoes! I already had them in the tan color and knew how great they were, so when it was time to replace my black and navy flats, I ordered these. The fit is perfect, with a wide-enough toe box and a heel that doesn't flop off as I walk around. I can wear them all day, whether I'm walking a lot or spending more time at my desk. My arches aren't especially high or flat, so the arch support is fine for me, but if you have high arches, these may not be supportive enough. My only (minimal) complaint is that the navy is so dark that it almost looks black - I would have preferred a slightly lighter navy that is clearly blue. Great shoes!

The fit and size were true. They are comfortable, look great with pants and I wear have worn them daily since I got them. Great style for a flat and I hope they come up with more colors in a size 12. Of course, Zappos delivery service was right on time!

This is a cute, comfortable shoe that could accommodate my extra wide feet. I ordered it in my regular size but found I had to re-order a half-size smaller which fit perfectly. The only problem was that when I received the smaller size one of the shoes squeaked when walking in it so unfortunately I had to return them.

Good looking shoe. At least 1/2 size to big even though I bought my normal size. Sadly going back.

These are impossibly uncomfortable for me: no arch support, inadequate cushion in sole, pinching toe box, gapping sides, and rubbing heel.

This shoe is so much more than I expected. I have a lot of trouble with my feet hurting magnified by this time of the year when they have to be put in shoes after sandals all summer. This shoe did not let me down and my feet gave me no trouble with them.

I ordered a narrow and the heel area was still wide. My heel slipped up and down when I walked. Also, ordered my usual size and was about a size to big.

I am totally in love with Walking Cradles. This shoe fits my 10.5 foot AND accommodates my FULL orthotic with pedi. just bought my 2nd pair in navy. This is a great brand for hard to fit ladies.

I have severe arthritis in my right foot/ankle joint and arthritis in my left large toe. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and that offer support that I need for the right foot. The heel size was perfect for that support, any higher and it would have put stress on the ankle. The wide width was almost perfect for the left foot, with only a little discomfort across the large toe joint. The right shoe was perfectly comfortable in size and width. I was hoping to find something a little dressier, but comfort was more important. These were dressy enough.

These shoes have an enclosed toe box that is too engulfing and covers up too much that leaves no feeling of stretch.

I originally bought the Pewter color for a cruise vacation that left port from NYC to Bermuda. We spent the weekend in NYC and did a lot of walking. The Pewter was perfect with white jeans, blue jeans, shorts, etc. They are a really cute and comfortable ballet flat with a TON of support. I knew I had to have another pair, so I bought the black ones for fall/winter. Super comfortable, lots of room in the toe box, cushioned heel for walking, comfy insole (I added another pad to the forefoot area). I walk part of the way to work, and these shoes work really well for walking and being on your feet. I usually don't like a round toe, because a lot of times they look dowdy, but the bow on the front makes these super cute and fashionable. I recommend them!
