I always wear Asics, I have never had a problem with them, but this pair felt very tight, and very stiff, almost hard. I went out for a run in them and they gave me a big blister on the back of my heel. I am really surprised because I have worn nothing but Asics for the past 10 years and never had an issue.

These were no wide enough- I could even tell by looking at the narrow toe box before i tried them on. Materials were nice but I usually wear a 10 wide or 10.5 wide and these weren't wide enough.
I'd also recommend:
The Nike Revolution in a wide did fit and were wide enough. I kept those but they're black

The fit and support are great for a light weight shoe. Comfortable from day one.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter who just started cross country running, and she loves them. These are very comfortable.

Reviewed at Asics
This shoe is not as soft to walk in so I can imagine how hard it would be to pound the pavement running! Sturdy shoe but seems a little shorter than all my other ASICS of the same size. After wearing a few times the shoe is stretching in the forefoot area. I will continue to wear for working out and walking! I cannot respond to durability because I have not owned these long enough.

They run about 1 size small. Looks like a good quality.

They’re cute shoes, but are smaller than I expected and not very forgiving.

Nice looking but too small. Definitely not true to size.

I have an older pair of Asics in a 9.5 and these 9.5's were small - need to order a half to full size up

I always wear a 7. I could barely get my foot into this 7. Had to return.

I really liked these shoes when I first got them. I wore them around the house for a few days before I decided to take them into the wild. I had a great first run in them and I felt like I could run even farther. But I haven't been able to wear them since. I keep trying but they really hurt my ankle in a way no shoe has done before. I noticed the ankle was a little higher than my last pair of asics but didn't really think anything about it. I will now have to buy another pair because I don't think I can return them or wear them any more.

Unfortunately, I have to add my voice to those who have said they had previously worn Asics and liked them. Something about the fit or the last they use to form them has definitely changed!! These were way too tight and very uncomfortable. It's too bad they changed.

Despite a wide shoe the shoe was still too narrow. Asics has changed their platform for their shoes and really destroyed this once great fitting brand.
