I love these sneakers! Very comfortable and breathable. I replaced my worn out Gel-flux 3’s and these are by far, even better!

These shoes look great. I ordered a wide based on reviews (I do not normally order wide) but I wish I also would have sized up a half size. They still feel slightly small. I am continuing to wear to see if they stretch with wear.

I'm new to Asics so I'm trying to find what shoes work best for me. I ordered these in my normal shoe size but they are so tight they end up pinching my toes even when I'm just standing still. They are also incredibly stiff, but I think that will be easy enough to fix once I get the correct size. All in all I can't give them a true review since I'll have to ship these back and get the proper size.

Asics size 11.5 have always fit me but this shoe was too small.

Very nice looking shoes. They did seem a bit wider than other sneakers my daughter has tried (her heel is on the narrow side), so we're still on the search for a better fit.

I have a couple of pairs of Asics Gel-Flux, but not the 5's. The first pairs I have are a medium width, but after reading the reviews I ordered these in a wide width. Wow...if these are wide, I would not have even been able to get my foot into the medium width. These definitely run narrow. I work in a hospital and only had them on for 4 hours before I really needed to loosen ALL of the laces to give my toes a break.. I like them, and hope that keeping the laces looser will work. Hope I don't regret keeping them!

I have worn ASICS for the last 5+ years and have always worn a size 9. In all other shoes, I typically wear a size 8.5 so when the reviews said this style ran small and to buy a half size larger, I thought my typical size 9 would be fine. Unfortunately they are too small. Love the updated look and the feel, but need to exchange for at least a half or maybe even a full size larger.

The only disappointment with these shoes is that they are an obvious return,since the soles are slightly dirty. I will keep because they were on sale and they were the last pair in this size,width, and color.

Very comfortable

They run small so I got 1/2 size up. (like all athletic shoes these days it seems). But the toe box feels a little wide. I use them to work out, was pleasantly surprised at the comfort in the ball of the foot when doing jumping moves. Lack of cushioning was why I switched from Ryka, which used to be my go to, even tho I like Asics and Avia as well. Look decent on. I do like them, and would get them again, but like anything, by the time I get new shes these will be long gone...

After sending back two other sets of sneakers for being too small, even when I ordered up a half size, I started to wonder if perhaps my shoe size had changed. I researched a chart and found that my foot is WIDE. This came as a great shock to me as it doesn’t LOOK wide, and I don’t have bunions or any deformities. So I ordered this one half size up and in wide, and it fits fine. Looks pretty cool. I wanted the blue but it wasn’t available. Has a nice thick sole. As always, live chat persons at Zappos always helpful and informative.

Too snug in the toe area. Also, very thin sole at the toe area. I had to return these.

I went a half size up at the advice of other reviewers, but they were still too small because the toe box is too low so it rubs against the top of my foot even with very thin socks. I was lured by the low sale price but way too uncomfortable to keep.

I loved the color and style. I felt they were a little bit snug on the width and in the size. Now granted I have big feet but size 12 felt more like an 11 to me. Otherwise I would have bought them-the colors were great!

Toe box is extremely narrow. The entire shoe runs very small. A size and a half too small.

These are not nearly as good as the Gel-Flux 4 or the Gel-Flux 3. Gel-Flex 3 was one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The 4's were Ok but not quite as good as the 3. The 5 is not even close. They make my legs hurt, It took me about a month to realize it was the shoe causing the pain. Very disappointed in this shoe. I still wear them occasionally but only when I don't have to do much walking.

Wanted to try out a different style of ASICS for overpronation than the Gel Kayano, which irritated a random foot nerve. These felt like there was a huge hole between my arch and the foot pad. If you have a more flat arch, maybe this would be better for that? Also, the grey color was a bit more bleh than expected. I expected it to be neutral, but these were so uniformly bleh grey that it sort of looks like a white shoe that got dirty and was then washed in dirty water.

I am very athletic and have always worked out . My favorite brand of shoes are the asics . I have wide feet and have had multiple injuries over the years . I have never worn this particular style, but I sadly had to return them . They are cuter in terms of the color , but I was not buying these for fashion , I was buying them for my kickboxing HITT routine . I found the shoe to be extremely tight and short in the toe box . They seem to run narrow and a size small overall . I did not go with the same shoe in a bigger size because it was not a sizeing issue - it was the design of the shoe . I ended up going with GT- xpress and they are a much better fit and true to size , as well as a good quality shoe with adequate support for my intense training routine . Zappos made my exchange very easy and always it is a pleasure to shop on zappos .
