True to size. I bought the wide I thought was very narrow - I even double checked the box to make sure that the wide width was sent instead of the narrow. That being said, they are a leather upper and I decided to keep them. I wore them to work for the entire day and sure enough, the leather did stretch a bit to make them more comfortable. There is no arch support in these boots, but I'm planning to wear them on work days when I know I'll mostly be at my desk.

Loved the style ... unfortunately were not wide enough. I am a 7.5W in clark and keens for point of reference. I could get my foot into the boot (not always a given due to the way my feet are wide) but the wide part hung over sides and looked ill-fitting. I did not bother wearing around house to see if would be uncomfortable over time. Sadly shipping back because the idea of a waterproof and stylish boot a good one.

I bought wide width, however it is still very narrow. Very dissapointing. Love the design!

Very tight at the toes

I am so sad to be writing this review because I LOVE these boots but they have already torn right at the zipper (see pics)! I ordered these on November 6th, they came in the mail the next day, but by December 27th, they had RIPPED! I literally had only worn these boots once or twice a week for less than 2 months and they are already damaged. I didn't even wear them for any sort of crazy activity - just walking around in an office at work and shopping at grocery store/malls - NO heavy wear or tear on these. For $100+ boots, I would expect them to last longer. Overall, the fit was great; they are very comfortable and the style is PERFECT - they can literally be worn with anything and can be dressed up or down. I would love for zappos to replace these; maybe I got a defective pair?

While the fit of the boot is OK overall (maybe just a half size smaller than advertised), I was not happy with the color. I ordered the "Taupe Nubuck" and online looks like a deep brown. The actual shoe that was shipped to me is more of an olive color, not at all what I was going for. These are going back.

The suede in these booties looks beautiful. I got the ones in black suede. I've been trying pairs of flat boots for months now, hoping to find the perfect pair. Well, this wasn't. Although they were very pretty in picture and comfortable, the ankle side was very thick for my thin ankles and made my legs look sort of chubby and thick. Didn't like the overall look, sadly will be returning.

This was my second time buying the Blondo brand, first time buying the Liam, however, the Liam sole has started coming apart on both shoes. For the price paid, and the fact that I wear it for work on a carpet office for which I sit mostly all day, I don't understand why the sole is coming apart. I was disappointed because they are really cute shoes. I'm going to get some super glue and see if that helps.

Loved these...until the toe started separating. Seems like this is a consistent issue with the boot. Also they got quite uncomfortable after the season and I can only tolerate wearing them with insoles now.

I wanted to make this boot work. But, the fit is so far off I just couldn't. The width on the Wide is the equivalent of a Medium in other brands. So if you have narrow feet, you're in luck! Once I sized up to a 9M (I'm an 8 - 8.5), I got the width right, but then the heel was huge (and they were a bit too long). I could pull the boot off without the zipper. However, I'm still contemplating the Erika high shaft boot as the heel issue isn't at play due to the shaft keeping the boot on (and with an insole?). This is such a beautiful boot. Alas... Also, double check the size in the shoe vs. the box, as people have been returning Mediums in Wide boxes etc.

These boots are super cute on and comfortable over long hours on my feet. However, I am disappointed in the overall quality. They are suppose to be waterproof, and I'm fine with paying extra for that feature. What I did not expect is the spotting that occurred the first time I wore them in wet conditions. Perhaps I should have been more careful, but the right bootie now has permanent spots on it. I'm disappointed. None of the literature indicates that I needed to waterproof the waterproof boots, and no warning either. I paid a premium for these boots and I'm disappointed to say the least.

The boots I received looked completely different then the ones online. The brown isn't two toned and they looked very cheap. Not impressed.

These booties are cute and comfy (did run about a half size small, in my opinion)! However, I have to knock down the rating, as the sole started splitting at the toe on only the SECOND day I wore them, which was to work, where I sit for most of the day! For the price of the booties, I definitely expected them to hold up better. Thanks to the Zappos team for the easy return/refund, though.

I was very excited to receive these boots. Spent the extra in hopes of getting a quality lasting boot that was waterproof. These boots only lasted a few months. They are no longer waterproof and are separating at the seams and heel of the boot. So disappointed in the lack of quality footwear these days.

Stylish but WAY too small Could not get bootie over my arch. MORE importantly, there're were numerous scuff Mark's and it looked like it was re-worn This was my first Zappos purchase and probably the last.

The fit was fine but I have had these for not quite 3 months and they are falling apart. The outer sole appears to be connected to the inner sole via a foam (?) layer. The shoes are becoming separated here. I’m very disappointed in the quality for the price. These replaced a pair of boots I’ve had for almost 6 years that held up much better than these have. I will it buy this brand again.

These are a really odd fit. The shoe is incredibly narrow - a wide felt more like a medium width. The heel cup is wide so while they felt small for an 8.5, my heel was still slipping in the back. When I tried half a size up, they were simply too big. Bummer because they are so cute.

These are a wardrobe staple. The style has remained relevant for multiple seasons and the color is neutral enough to wear with most clothing. They are a good work to weekend bootie.

These are really nice looking. I’m a 6.5 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. They are narrow so if your feet are wide, this is not the shoe for you.

These boots definitely run small and narrow. I’m a solid 8M. After reading the other reviews, I took a chance and ordered an 8.5 Wide and they fit perfect and I’m able to wear a thin sock with them. Love the color and heel height. Very happy with these boots. Find your right size and you’ll love them too!

I have these in black, fit is good. These were snug with just a thin socket.
