Great boot!

I ordered this in both black and cognac and my order was shipped incorrectly. Then I was told they would refund my shipping, recall the first order and ship a second set of the shoes using next business day with any charge for shipping. Then they told that they no longer had the black in stock and the rep chose and shipped different pair of black shoes [free of charge] along with the Cognac. 5 stars for Customer Service. 10* for the Cognac. I love these shoes!!!!! P.S. The other pair of Black shoes aren't my favorite but I've gotten many compliments on both. Stacy Adams is my go to when it comes to shoes!!!!
