Comfortable, chunky looking, wide toe box. Construction 'looks' sub-par; that includes the interior wool stitching with loose threads everywhere, making it look rushed, and the worn-out looking Goodyear welt. There is a giant hole/gap where the welt stitching was ended in the pair that I have and I will probably have to fill it up with shoe glue for fear of water damage. Despite these flaws, these are supposed to be rugged boots for running errands in foul weather. I have other boots that I wear when I am dressed up when in bad weather.
