Bought these based on the description of GO Walk Joy but there is NOTHING joyful about these shoes. My feet were in such agony I literally had to take the shoes off after 30 minutes. Horrible pain!!

I love them except they're too big ... so sad! I'm hoping, if I put socks on (thick socks), i'll b able to wear them. They're in my closet and I haven't worn them since trying them on. I have a pair of Skechers in my car. I wear them to walk and they're a size 6. I don't understand. These r soooooooooo soft and i love the cushy feel... I wish they fit me ... I bought them to wear inside because of my back issues. I thought, support the back... When the weather is cooler, I'm going to try wearing inside w/socks. Even though, we have central air, I don't want to put socks on... especially thick socks.

i bought 2 pair of shoes online with Skechers, they came in too big. I returned them both but only get half of the refund. I can't call them because they close for COVID-19. Contacted them via email and never get the answer.

I returned this shoe because it was too small, I could not get my foot in the shoe. I have wide feet and high arches.

I had to return the shoe. It was too narrow.

I ordered a size 8 - too big - sent back to exchange for a 7 1/2. It took 6 weeks to get my new size (understand due to the current situation) and when I did get my new size - fit great but THEY HAD BEEN WORN!! The soles were dirty. I have reached out to customer service to rectify this situation but no one has contacted me back yet (customer service is working from home) I can't return/exchange them again because I am out of the 45 day window because I had to wait so long to get the original exchange back to me. All I want is a pair of shoes that are new and have never been worn. This was my first purchase. Don't think I'll be making another one.

Terrible shoe and quality!

I was surprised that they were a size larger than my other many Sketcher shoes I wear ever though I ordered the same size! Not sure what to do with them!

All day use . I have a high instep and could not get my foot in shoe. Gave shoe to my sister. I would need elastic on the sides.

Runs small even though I ordered a wide width

THe gowalk lite have a v-shape on the top of the shoe that does not press on the top of my foot; the one I ordered was too tight across the top of my feet.

third pair I have bought but they are too big and bulky

Everything is great & casual on these Skechers.

Horrible shoes. You cannot even return to store. You have to resend back by courier. Will never buy Skechers again.

Too much room for toe area.

very disappointed - they are too large - this is the second pair of skechers that I've purchased that must have been miss-marked in size. One way too small and these are so big they flop on my feet.

I love the style of Skechers, and have been jealous of my friends who could wear their "one width sizing". Now there's a narrow in a few styles. Unfortunately, the heel on the narrow is still too wide, and I walk right out of it. I have returned them.

Mad that I have to send them back even though I made double sure they were the same side of another pair that I have.

Customer Service is horrible never will I order from them again

These are made different from my other 5 pairs of Go Walk shoes. These were way too big and made my feet look extra large (size 7).

I sent shoes back for a refund.
