Comfortable but too wide and comes up too far on foot

Unfortunately the shoes are too big for me. I shall be returning them.

I have wide and flat feet so its hard to find a wide comfortable shoe that looks good. I like these but not sure I would buy them again as they are a little too wide and I find myself slipping around in them and the cushioning isn't what I expected from prior experience with sketchers. Maybe it's just me. Lately I have been wearing Brooks running shoes quite a bit for the last year or so and I am used to their feel.

I am using these to work in. I am on cement all day and need a shoe that is comfortable and durable. I feel like these although comfortable will not last long for what I need. I bought them for looks mostly.

Wide is not wide enough.

The full size is too large without using an insert or wearing thick socks. Unfortunately, the half-size also is uncomfortable because it sits too high on my foot and rubs my ankles.

Sent them back, not wide enoigh. I have lymph edema in feet. Result of cancer.

The shoes I first got were not the ones I ordered. Customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. The shoes did not come when they were promised either. The shoes I finally got that I had ordered over two weeks before are good.

Slippery on bottom

The memory foam soles are comfortable and my husband is thrilled with his. However, on the advice of my podiatrist, I cannot wear them because they have almost no arch support and cause heel pain due to plantar fascitis and a bone spur.

They look great but the left foot toes hang over the insole....

Ordered 3 pairs of this shoe in different colors. Took too long to receive them. Sent them back for a smaller size. Took forever for them to exchange and then they only had 1 of the 3 to exchange for the right size. The shoes are extremely comfortable and I really like them, but I doubt very seriously I will order online here again due to the poor service. In this day and age there are too many online companies with much better service to use instead.

A little large

I needed these shoes badly and instead of checking them out around the house- I put them on immediately and went out. They are a 1/2 size too big - they slide off in the back when I walk. It's my fault but is there anything we can do about it?

Disappointed that these comfortable shoes are not a good fit for me. I have a somewhat narrow foot yet I don't often have an issue with a B/medium width fitting. Couldn't find any way to return/exchange so I'll use an insole to get a better fit. Won't purchase on Skechers Direct again.

Same size I always order - have bought these in past years, but now feels loose. Okay if I wear footies or socks so I kept anyway. Surprised this was inconsistent and doubled checked the size on my older pairs - it is totally the same.
