Had to return them not wide enough

This is was NOT a good experience. I stopped at the shoe and found they didn't have the right size. So I ordered on-line at the shoe. However the person at the store had to call to figure out to order shoes at the store. Also I asked the store personnel to measure my feet and basically they didn't have clue about how to do that. I ordered shoes finally but when they came they were too big. I stopped again at the store for assistance and basically they were not any help. I am somewhat handicapped and asked for a shoe horn to try on other shoes. After a hunt they produced a 3" long shoe horn which apparently all they had. The service was so bad I left. They didn't even seen to know how to return shoes.

These shoes are not quite right for me. So, I will be returning them.
