Utterly disappointed in what I received. Lucky Brand has ruined their amazing jeans with polyester. Return department is set up specifically so no one will return an item and the representative was rude. So another great brand I have worn since college bites the dust. Now I am stuck with three pairs of horribly cheesy polyester jeans I will never wear. After three decades and thousands of dollars in jeans, tops, sweaters, purses, shoes and boots, it is time to find another brand who still makes real jeans. Goodbye LB.

I got these jeans and the stitches missed two spots on the seam. There are two holes along the left leg seam, about an inch and a half each. sent a picture to customer service and they said I had to ship the jeans back. That's a pain for their mistake.

The waist is at least two inches smaller than what it should be and a low rise.

I had high hopes that these jeans would work out but the fit wasn't right for me. The return process was a nightmare. I used the provided label and the package got lost. I had to find a lost package claim with UPS in order to get my refund. I had a very hard time communicating with customer service support, and didn't find them very helpful.

Sizing is inconsistent for the exact same product. And, return shipping is not included.

I was excited to receive my new jeans. Purchased them for a great price during the Valentines Day sale. Whoever is picking your orders pays no attention to detail as they sent the wrong jeans. I had to waste my time returning them to get a refund. Salesperson who processed my return stated this issue is happening frequently. Very disappointing experience and have yet to repurchase.

Lucky isn't the same as it used to. Very disappointed in the quality of this Jean and the customer service team when trying to get a refund.

I wore these jeans for over a decade, and then Lucky sent me a size 6 instead of a 16 three times in a row. So now I wear Good Americans. Tragic, and no one from customer service even seemed to care.

This was the 4th pair I bought- I obviously like them. However, they're too large and were mismarked on the size. I'll have to donate them.

Jeans were great tho slightly large. Terrible customer service as I was to pay shipping twice and the return. Lost 1 customer today.

Fits like a low-rise, instead of a mid-rise. Really not a flattering fit at all. Had to return.

What is up with Lucky - why are they using plastic for threading? I bought these and 2 other (different styles) and all of them have tags and threads and plastic and gold plastic that completely scratch and cut my skin. I have washed them, I've tried to cut them out but you can't get to it all. I can only wear them for about 5 minutes and my skin is bleeding. I'm trying to get a refund from the company but I'm getting the run around with no help because it's been 60 days. There's nothing I can do to make these jeans stop cutting me. Horrible company, horrible jeans, cheaply made.

These jeans were extremely ill fitting. Tight in some really odd places and loose in others. Sad that they didn't work out. They need to figure out their sizing/cut consistency issue. It didn't use to be a problem when I had a store nearby and could try on a couple different pairs in the same size (they always fit differently even though they were the same size), but now it's hard because the store closed.

I have been wearing Sweet jeans for almost 20 years (remember sweet & lows???). This is the first pair I've had that has literally fallen apart at the seems after wearing them like 6 times. I ordered another pair at the same time and they are absolutely fine. Do better, Lucky.

Though they fit these are not in my opinion straight leg jeans. Fit tight from thigh down to skinny ankle. Yup that same old battle to get them off your feet without losing your socks.

I have been purchasing Lucky jeans for 20 years and i have never purchased a pair of size 30 waist that fit like these. The fit is perfect everywhere except the waist is about two inches too big. Never had this problem with Lucky jeans before.

Bought my usual size in Lucky Jeans Sweet Straight. Too small. Ordered next size up. Too small in waist but fit great everywhere else. Lucky must have changed their sizing?? So disappointing! And very frustrating!

Bought these jeans, they look plain on the model and they fit exactly that way. Boxy, straight, no shape even with my curves. Had to return.
