Awesome shoe!! Brooks, you have outdone yourself. My foot is average width, but most tennis shoes skimp on room for the little toe. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the wide box without having the rest of the shoe too wide. Extremely comfortable. I normally wear a 9-9 1/2 in most shoes, but wear a 10 in Brooks, slightly big but not too big. Happy toes all day! Have 2 colors. Please make in more colors!

I lift, do HIIT , boxing and run in these and they're amazing! They look great too!! I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
Heads up, they run a bit small. I usually wear 5.5-6 in ladies sneakers of other beans, but 6.5 are perfect for me in these.

My wife would only wear Pure Flows for years when the earlier versions were current. She has a narrow foot with a high arch, and has significant difficulty finding shoes that fit. As the Pure Flow design has evolved over time, the model has joined the ranks of shoes that don't fit her well, but may well fit a broader segment of runners. No fault of Brooks, just the unique nature of her foot.

My second pair of Brooks PureFlow 7. They are the best fast walking or running shoes for me. I hope they always make this type. They allow me to really put on the miles, and hold up better than other brands.

Zappos kindly warned me that these shoes ran small. However, I've been wearing Brooks Pure Flow 7s for over seven years, and they have never felt small, so I ordered my regular size. They were indeed too small, and happily, Zappos offers postage free exchanges, so I exchanged them for 1/2 size bigger. However, I now think that unfortunately Brooks has either changed manufacturers or something has changed at the place they are made. For the first time, I am feeling some heel pain and knee pain, which suggests that the way the cushioning is made has changed. I kept trying to convince myself that it was just a bad day for me, or I was imagining it, and yet, it persists. I cannot use these for running, and unfortunately have just gone over my 30-day return limit, which I think is generous -- no complaints there. But I will now have to use these shoes for gardening or some such -- they are no good for me for running. A real shame, because I had always like them quite a bit.

The quality is good, but I bought these with the impression that the arch support in my old shoes had broken down and was causing my feet to hurt. My feet hurt after wearing these shoes, too, even though they seem to be doing the job while I'm wearing them. I have had good luck with brooks in the past, so I'm guessing I just need to find the right style.

This shoe is great! It's so much like the pure connect that was discontinued. The first few pureflows did not have this level of snappiness. I'm a toe striker and this shoe has a nice comfortable toe box. Great arch support. So thankful to find a Brooks shoe that works again for me!

At size 9, with maybe a slightly wider toe than average these fit really well (in my daily shoes I'm usually 8 1/2). I've only worn them on 2 shorter runs but no complaints!

I've worn PureFlows in the past, bit not recently. I like the low heel/toe drop. The toe box is not as roomy as I'd like, but they are otherwise great. Lightweight, but with support and cushion.

I dont run with them. I use them for work. I'm on my feet 8 to 12 hours a day. They never hurt. I only wear Brooks. I highly recommend them. This pair is very light weight and very supportive. 5 stars!

I've been running in the PureFlow for years. I love the 7s - this is my second pair. I wear between a 8.5 and 9 in womens, and the 9 fits great. I have a narrow heel and a wide toebox, and I love that the PureFlow accommodates this perfectly. Super comfortable for moderate distances - I run about 5-6 miles, 3x a week.

Order a half size up. My old Pureflows were an 8 so I ordered the same size. The 8 in this model is much too snug, so I am going to exchange for a half size larger and hope that gives me the room I need. Otherwise, I am excited for my new pair dedicated to winter treadmill running in NH.

This is my second time buying this shoe. I used to buy Pure Cadence, so this is a good replacement. I love the long and wide toe box. These perfectly hug my narrow heal. The gray looks like a knit, even though it is the same material as my former pair. I did have trouble with the pair I purchase over a year ago, in that rocks were always stuck in the treads. I have no problem with these. I prefer a close feel to the ground, and these give me that feel without feeling like barefoot running. Cushioning makes me feel wobbly. As a bonus, these are also wonderful for walking. I wear a 9.5 in standard shoes, and could use a 9.75 in a hiker if they made them. These are perfect for me in a size 10. I just ordered a second pair, and might get a 3rd just in case.
