These are not as good as pure flow 6s. Too narrow and just feels more rigid and less flexible mesh. Also the soles trap rocks easily. Please bring back the 6s with a better sole that doesn't trap rocks.

It loved my pureflow 6's. These are fine, but as others have mentioned, they have a much narrower toe box. I can't wear these for long distances like I did with my 6's. If the pureflow came in more than 1 width, it wouldn't matter as much, but to make a single width model more narrow means it just doesn't work the same way anymore. I hope they add another width or return to the wider block with the next model.

The size and fit of these sneakers were prefect and loved the feel and comfort while walking and working out, however, these fell apart after just a few weeks. The fabric started to rip. I would expect this wear and tear after having these for over a year not after a month. Can't even say this is due to excessive use or any other activity outside of its intended use. Unfortunately this is just a poor quality sneaker. Do not recommend purchaing.

I'm so disappointed with these. I had hoped that these would be a lighter option to take on a trip than my Brooks Ghost 10, but they were tighter, shorter, and most importantly, the footbed was not as well padded.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Ghost 10 ( but discontinued)

I have a narrow foot and these felt a bit too wide for me. I like the look but these are going back.

nothing like the last version of pure flow--shorter, narrower and higher. Brooks: if you want to change this shoe so much you should just give it a new name.

These shoes are not what I expected and very hard to break in. They do not provide cushion on the foot and have caused pain in my heal when running. Not easy to break in. Wish I got a different pair.

I don't care for the PureFlow 7. My go to shoe has been the Ravenna but I thought I would try another style. The PureFlow doesn't offer the support I need. I won't be getting much use on these.

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The shoes have affected my back, hips and leg and caused a lot of pain.
Now I have to spend money on another pair of shoes.

Brooks sizes are terrible. My wife is a size 8 and we had to return the sneakers twice. Once, to get an 8.5 and another to get a 9.0. The sneakers are still tight. However, we threw away her old shoes and were tired of constantly reordering and returning.

Identical replacement here are the tag readings: new shoe US 10.5 = EU 42.5 = UK 8.5 = CM 27.5 and old shoe US 10.5 = EU 44.5 = UK 9.5 = CM 28.5 MAKES NO SENSE

I'm so sad to give one star. I love Brooks shoes, I've never had issues. I have the Pure Flow 2, that needs to be replaced. I'm SO disappointed. The front of the shoe has a "steel toe" feel to it. There's no room to work them in. Your toes will just get jammed into the front and squished. Also disappointing, these shoes do not have a wide toe box at all, so no room for toe splay. I thought I could keep them for everyday activities but after a few hours, my feet are throbbing. I even purchased a size up just in case and they are still tight. Definitely run small and narrow. Please Brooks designers, go look at the Pure Flow 2 design and material. These new 7s don't breathe at all. The 2 is superior to the 7 in all aspects. I'll sadly be looking for a different brand with similar specs and benefits for minimalist running.

I had high hopes for these shoes. Sadly, they did not work for me. I find that many athletic shoes no longer have good arch support and cushioning. When your arch is extremely high, that support is so important. These did not compare at all to the Pure Flow 3 that I still own. Pure Flow 3 had arch support and it felt like you were walking on a cloud. They actually helped my foot to heal. How I wish someone would come out with something similar for high arched people. I did like the weight of this shoe and the look of it. I currently have the Adrenaline and I am trying to decide if I should send them back. Again, no arch and no support which makes me so sad. I have been encouraged to give them a couple of weeks. Do you have a suggestion to make them more comfortable? I need some with more flexibility and yet, control.

Brooks have been my favorite running shoe for a long time. However, these shoes are great for walking. They are NOT great for running. They are not flexible for when your feet hit the pavement, thus causing shin splints. They also cause blistering on back of right heel. Not a great running shoe for me.

Well, I have worn Brooks PureFlow shoes for years, maybe since PureFlow 2. And they had a great fit. I ordered the same size but the PureFlow 7 was too small, so I had to return it. Really too bad, because these were my go-to shoes, attractive and comfortable. I specifically started wearing them because the sport store pointed out that they do not have a raised heel and therefore don't shift your weight forward.

Was so disappointed to learn the PureCadence is no longer being made - I have been a loyal wearer of them since the original. The PureFlow just does not fit anywhere near how the Purecadence did, my knees bother me and my feet hurt after wearing them. The also do not have a connect feel to me, they feel clunky and the toe box is too wide. I'm sad I'm going to have to move on to another brand but I've been left with no other choice at this point.

Very disappointed with this shoe. I'm a loyal Brooks customer and half marathon and full marathon runner. I have loved the previous versions of this shoe. I own 2 pairs of the Pure Flow 6's and was hoping to get the same great experience out of these.
This new version seems to run a little small and the material is poor. The toe box of my left shoe cracked within 75-100 miles and this past weekend my right toe box also cracked and I don't even have 150 miles on them yet.
Please bring back the old material.
