I love this shoe! I have run in every iteration of it except the 5. Please keep making it and do not alter it too much! It has just the right amount of cushioning while still being light. I love it for short, fast races all the way through 50K road races.

The toe box material has cracked all the way through after less than 50 miles

love this shoe - very comfortable to my narrowish feet. I can feel the ground but also feel support.

I love the comfort of the pure flow. I don?t like the design as much as passed models. The pure flow 6 had a larger variety of colors to choose from where as it seems the pure flow 7 had neutral colors except the pink. The pink looks red online

These shoes fit perfectly and provide great support with minimal bulk. I use them from anywhere to 3-13 miles at a time.

I love this shoe! I've been training in the PureFlows for marathon distances putting on 30-40+ road miles a week. I'm 5'4" and ~115lb and supinate when I run. It's often very difficult for me to find a shoe that has the right level of comfort, flexibility and shock absorption and keep coming back to the PureFlows.

Best shoes to run in. Durable and most comfortable. I like that it had some cushion but not too much so I can still feel the ground.

Feels really good and my toe has not come through the fabric ..doing most of my exercise on a Elliptical machine not much road use

I've been running in PureFlows for about 7 years now, and they're the only shoes I'll run in because they just keep getting better. They run a little small, so I buy a full size larger than what I wear in most shoes, but for me it becomes the perfect fit. The size up allows me to maintain support around the ankle and arch, but it also gives breathing room around the toes. I'm desperate for the new model to be released because they don't have the colors I like now in my size!

I read a few bad reviews and felt like I had to leave one. I have two pairs of these and I love them. I really want another pair. Running in Pure Flow really makes a different. If I try to run in other shoes my feet hurt so bad especially my arch. Yes, the older version is a little better but the new pair aren't so terrible like some people are trying to make it out. Someone said they were using these in the gym and that is odd. Normally people should wear shoes that have a thinner sole or flat shoes to lift weights especially for leg days. The opposite is true too. I wouldn't want to run in shoes I would use weightlifting either. Basically, if you are thinking about buying these shoes go to the store try them on. Ask an associate if you can run a couple laps in them. From someone who has had these since 2015, these are the only shoes I run in.

I had spent almost 2k at the good feet store, doctors and physical therapy Trying to get some relief so my feet didn?t hurt so bad & 1 physical therapist recommended I try out a couple different shoes at the local bike shop. I went tried on these shoes and it was like they were made for my feet. The most comfortable shoes I?ve ever had. I bought 2 pair & 2-3 months later my pain was gone. That was 2 years ago. Best shoes ever! It?s great not being in pain anymore.
