This is my first pair of Pure Flow. Very comfortable, love the color, but the top of the shoe is very plain- not very attractive

I'm usually size 8 with brooks (ghost and glycerin) but it seems like half number bigger would have been perfect for this pair.

This is the best running show I have ever worn. I just wish Brooks kept more colors in stock. There was only one color in my size. If I could I'd get them in every color since I run in these daily.

I have always liked this shoe. Something feels a little different between the 6 and 7 though, which the fit/comfort doesn't seem the same. Other than that it's a great shoe.

It took multiple tries to get the right fit, but finally, shoe number 3 worked great! I had to go up 1/2 size from my regular size running shoe. The fit, cushion, and weight are nice and it's great for fast walking.

Background: 35 mi/week runner, ran two marathons in Saucony Kinvaras (v8 and v10). Neutral lightweight runner. Midfoot/forefoot strike. Trained up to 13 mile run in Merrell Vapor Gloves (v3 and v4). I think these shoes are pretty good. I normally wear Vapor Gloves, but I wanted something to replace my Kinvaras (because they were getting worn down) for my long run days or when my feet are feeling a bit beaten up, and these do the job. I wore an 8 in Kinvara 10s, but my toe nails suffered in the marathon, so I went with an 8.5 in the PureFlows. They definitely aren't too long, but the heel cup felt larger than I would have liked, so I used the tighter ankle loop for the laces to lock it in. I seem to need to remind myself to stop scrunching my toes while running in these - not sure if that's me or the shoe. Haven't had any toenail issues with these, but I also haven't done more than a 10-mile run in them yet. Personal preference - I do not like the puffy laces. Both the Kinvaras and Vapor Gloves have flat laces, and I prefer them resolutely. The bottom of the shoe (as you might have guessed) definitely gets rocks stuck in it fairly often. It is a fairly firm ride I suppose (at least compared to the Kinvaras), but having spent a lot of time in minimalist/barefoot shoes, this does not bother me.

This is my first pair of Brooks. I sized up half a size and was surprised they were still snug, but fit. The first two wears I thought I was getting a blister, but did not- just a little rub. Following runs and walks have been very comfortable. Rocks do get stuck on the bottom of the shoe which is a bit obnoxious. Overall I am happy with them.

These shoes were okay. The toe box was roomy. And my run felt good while wearing these.

These are the second pair of Brooks that I've purchased. My first ones lasted me close to two years working as a CNA so I thought I would get myself another pair. I have high arches and this pair of shoes really molds to my foot when I'm walking or running. Good tread on the bottom but can almost feel whatever surface your on through the bottom. Not a bad thing but I prefer cushion (my first pair of shoes) over connect (these ones).

I am buying a whole size larger...I tried this same pair one half size larger and they were a tiny bit short. The whole size up makes a difference. Not sure if it is just this model or if I need to buy a whole size larger for every shoe model?

These are probably my 2nd favorite style. They fit my foot well. Lots of support but not the super padded cushion feel of the Adrenaline.

Bought for walking but might be better for running, good quality in a shoe.

I really like the support, and relative stiffness of the sole. I like the way the shoe fits and feels on my foot. The only thing I am not fond of is the fabric, which I find gets dirty very quickly, and isn't as breathable as my old Revel 2 fabric, of which I was very fond. I live in a warm climate, and you appreciate "breathability" here. LOL.

I have been running in a pair of PureFlow 6 shoes for a few years. The PureFlow 7 shoes are comfortable and provide very good arch support. I run about 15 mi/ week. I usually order size 7.5 but for Brooks, I order size 8. They are just slightly on the snug side.

I'm usually a 7.5 in just about every shoe, but my last pair of Brooks was a size 8. I ordered these in both sizes and they were BOTH way too small. I will try again for an 8.5 because they otherwise felt like they are going to be great.

Loved the shoe color and quality but unfotunately I didnt realize how narrow these truly are so I will be purchasing a different Brooks style in W since these don't come in one. If you have a wide foot- these shoes are not for you.

I like the pureflow, but it's not as comfy as the Adrenalin after wearing more than a few hours
