I love this shoe! I've been training in the PureFlows for marathon distances putting on 30-40+ road miles a week. I'm 5'4" and ~115lb and supinate when I run. It's often very difficult for me to find a shoe that has the right level of comfort, flexibility and shock absorption and keep coming back to the PureFlows.

They fit perfectly. I use them in my exercise classes and they provide excellent support.

I've been running in PureFlows for about 7 years now, and they're the only shoes I'll run in because they just keep getting better. They run a little small, so I buy a full size larger than what I wear in most shoes, but for me it becomes the perfect fit. The size up allows me to maintain support around the ankle and arch, but it also gives breathing room around the toes. I'm desperate for the new model to be released because they don't have the colors I like now in my size!

I loved this shoe! But don't buy it in black and white or at least order up a half size since they run short.

I read a few bad reviews and felt like I had to leave one. I have two pairs of these and I love them. I really want another pair. Running in Pure Flow really makes a different. If I try to run in other shoes my feet hurt so bad especially my arch. Yes, the older version is a little better but the new pair aren't so terrible like some people are trying to make it out. Someone said they were using these in the gym and that is odd. Normally people should wear shoes that have a thinner sole or flat shoes to lift weights especially for leg days. The opposite is true too. I wouldn't want to run in shoes I would use weightlifting either. Basically, if you are thinking about buying these shoes go to the store try them on. Ask an associate if you can run a couple laps in them. From someone who has had these since 2015, these are the only shoes I run in.

I had spent almost 2k at the good feet store, doctors and physical therapy Trying to get some relief so my feet didn?t hurt so bad & 1 physical therapist recommended I try out a couple different shoes at the local bike shop. I went tried on these shoes and it was like they were made for my feet. The most comfortable shoes I?ve ever had. I bought 2 pair & 2-3 months later my pain was gone. That was 2 years ago. Best shoes ever! It?s great not being in pain anymore.

I was replacing a version of this shoe from 2.5 years ago. It feels a little different, but easy to get used to. My foot is actually a women's 4.5 and this shoe is perfect for me. So if your foot is actually a 5 you might want a half or full size larger.

Ive been buying these for a long time. My only complaint is that there isn't that little rubber piece at the toe like a lot of the other brooks styles. This means when you accidentally stub your toe or it scrapes on the pavement a bit, the fabric gets holes in it. It's just an aesthetics thing, doesn't comprise the shoe. These are great though and everything else feels too heavy and bulky now that I'm used to these.

Wow, these are amazing. I got these to try out a different type of shoe (I usually run in my Glycerin or Launch) that is more like a zero drop shoe. I thought they would take a bit of getting used to but nope - they were amazing from the first wear! I highly recommend these shoes - they are light and great for running, walking, and weights. Thinking of buying a second pair already!

I had the Pure Flow 4's and enjoyed the ride and desperately needed a new pair so I went for the PureFlow 7. I was a bit skeptical about running my half marathon in a new pair of racers but so glad I did. They were extremely comfortable. No blisters, rubbing, etc. The fit was perfect. I always get a half size larger and I had plenty of room to spare but not too much. Excellent shoe!!!!

These are amazing shoes! I haven’t purchased a pair of brooks since the original pure flow and these are just as great 7 editions later. There was no break in period, comfortable from the first workout. I use them primarily for CrossFit/boxing/Weightlifting. They’re great everyday shoes as well. Highly recommended!

At first, I thought I should have ordered the 8 instead of the 7.5 because the toe box was a little snug at first. But after a week of running, the shoe stretched out a little so running with a regular cotton anklet sock didn't feel so tight. I love Brooks so my runs have definitely improved since breaking these in.

these are great. the front and back are lifted a bit (you can see in the pictures) so it feels like you can lift off a bit when you're running. I like this brand, this is the first time I've gotten Brooks.

Love Brooks, this pair ran a little small, but a quick Zappos exchange and next half size up works great.

I normally wear a size 11, but needed to exchange for the 11.5. I have a narrow foot, but the shoe still felt narrow. BUT, I love the shoe. Wore it around the house for a few hours to test it out first, and it was amazingly supportive. Two trips to the gym and they’re officially perfect! No break in whatsoever.

I'm a 5.5 in one foot and a 6 in the other (medium) for dress shoes and sandals. I generally go up to 6.5 for walking and exercise shoes. The 6.5 was a good choice. Roomy toe box and narrower heel fits like a glove. Moderate arch support is perfect for exercise shoes. And, as always, Brooks' styling is slightly goofy, which makes me smile. Happy with this pair!

These shoes are very comfortable. I don't need anything more than moderate arch support so these fit my foot great. They have a nice footbed so my toes don't feel scrunched. The cloth top is flexible but feels sturdy. I've run a couple of miles in them and I haven't had any foot pain or achy-ness. They feel breathable and supportive. I feel like they are also less bulky than other Brooks shoes. I would recommend.

I typically wear a 7.5 in athletic shoes and ordered a 7.5 in these, and they are great! I find most athletic shoes feel stiff and uncomfortable out of the box and never truly feel good, and these were quite the opposite. Lots of cushion without feeling too soft, and plenty of support. Plenty of room for the toes and the heel didn’t rub. I plan on buying another pair in another color!
