They are line running on clouds. After my first 1/2 Marathon my knees were in bad shape but once I started running in Pure Flow 7s, the pain vanished. 15 1/2 Marathons later and my knees are doing great!!!

I?ve worn this shoe since there was a pure flow 1. I really like it because it?s lightweight, soft and pliable. I don?t like a stiff shoe, and this one definitely is not. This one is better than the six, which used to irritate the front of my ankle with the stiff tongue. But they fixed that problem on this model.

The minimal change from toe to heel height is what I have always wanted. This is my 3rd pair of Pure Flow shoes and I wish I had them throughout my younger years of running longer distances (usually 5-9 mpd). Sometimes I think I want a little more room near the toe, sometimes not. This latest pair is a little tighter there (maybe due to the change in fabric) but I am not fully decided on that issue yet.

So sad they are discontinuing these. My favorite shoe of all time! Lightweight yet supportive. I've run workouts & marathons in them.

I have the most sensitive feet with all different sorts of issues ,2 of which are plantar fasciitis and a bunion. These sneakers were comfortable from the minute I put them on. I took about a 3 mile walk and didn't realize I had gone so far. I am so happy to find these great sneakers.

First pair of real running shoes since ACL surgery (patellar tendon replacement). Was skeptical in general about getting back to running and because I've never found a pair of Brooks' that I love but these shoes have given me the confidence to get back out there and start bumping up my mileage. No knee pain so far!

This is my second pair of Brooks! Love the way they feel and look! I am not a runner but I walk anywhere from 3 - 4 hours a day. Very happy with my sneakers!

Best running shoe I've ever owned. Lightweight, flexible, and lets me be the boss. My only negative would be that the color selection is BLAH. I ended up with the same color I bought the last time, because the only other really cool color was totally sold out. Maybe I don't speak for all women runners, but please BRING ON THE COLOR!! My feet really RUN HAPPY when they are snugged up in bright colors!

Definitely feel less negative impact during my workouts with these shoes. Shin splints have reduced significantly!

These are my favorite shoes, I am on my 8th and 9th pair of PureFlows! They are light but supportive. Truly the only issue I ever have with them is that the fabric on the insole tears away before the soles are worn out, but I just put in a purchased insole which provides support equal to the original support of the shoe. Will keep buying them as long as they keep making them!

Highly recommend these shoes!! I previously owned the Pure Cadence shoes and was worried I wouldn't find another shoe that worked as well - the PureFlow totally do!! Great for running, track sprints and gym workouts.

I hate running/jogging BUT my PureFlow 7 shoes make it a pleasant experience!

Love my Pure Flows and I am on my 5th year wearing this design. Having run multiple marathons and lower distance races in them Over the years, I have had zero hot spots or construction issues. I am particular on not having a narrow toe box and Pure flows have always made my toes happy even after those long runs!

Can't imagine running in anything else. Love that they have a lower drop and more natural feel but still feel supportive. I've run my last 3 marathons in these and always keep a few pairs in rotation. I'm usually between a 8.5 and a 9, I wear a 9 in these. Happy feet!

To be honest I bought these as house sneakers because my feet could not handle slippers all day everyday while working from home due to COVID-19. So far they have been great for this purpose. They are lightweight, comfortable, and offer enough support. I plan on transitioning these to cross training sneakers once I no longer need house sneakers.

I'm not a runner but I need the extra support these shoes give. They are very comfortable and fit my foot well. I am thankful one of my runner friends who has run many, many marathons recommended Brooks to me.

I feel like I spend my life searching for the perfect shoe to accommodate a sesamoid bone that fractured years ago and never quite healed. This is my second pair of Pure Flows. They appeal to me because they are narrow at the heel and through the mid-foot, but the boxier toe allows my achy big toe a little extra space to spread out. Plus, they're really cute without being flashy. Works for me!
