This is my 6th pair of Pure Flow shoes. I like the way they fit but more the way that it feels light, like they are not in your feet. The support is there without the weight.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! Funny, they were not what I had in mind at all when I started shopping. I thought I needed lots of support because of high arches and a history of plantar fasciitis. But I took your assessment quiz and went with your recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I couldn't be happier.

Honestly, one of the best running shoes I?ve had. I used the shoe finder on the Brooks website, and this was the shoe they suggested. I?ve always liked their shoes. But this shoe I?m in love with. I tend to stick with a more stable shoe because of previous surgeries. Usually stable shoes are heavy and hard to run in. It?s lightweight, and fast to run in My feet feel great, so far, no issues. I truly believe these will be my forever running shoe. I would order a half size bigger. I?m always a 10. And I had to get a 10.5.

I am super loyal to the PureFlow design. My foot runs a bit narrow and PureFlow's have always given me great support without my foot sliding all over the place inside. Have ordered 4 pairs in my running lifetime and will keep coming back for more!

I used to wear pure flow about 3-4 years ago and some where along the line I went to the launch for some reason. Well I just revisited the pure flow and I'm in love all over again and wonder why I ever switched. These shoes are awesome! Ordered a 1/2 size up, initially the shoe felt a little snug, took them on my first run and my feet immediately felt at home in the shoe. Great execution on the 7!

I have been wearing PureFlow since PureConnect was discontinued and I love that it's so light weight and breatheable. Makes my humid summer daily runs enjoyable. Please make more colors!!

I bought Pure Flow several years ago for Zumba and I loved the shoe. I also use them for long walks. I recently bought a new pair. They are very comfortable and light with good support. I probably will always buy this brand in the future.

I run on a treadmill, so impact is much more minimal than the road. I took the shoe survey and it chose these PureFlow 7s for me and they're are perfect! I love them!

Very comfortable running shoe!

I love this shoe. So sad it was discontinued. I only run in 4mm differentials, and this combo of sturdiness and low differential was perfect. I had at least 7 pairs of the pureflow.

Absolutely love the PureFlow 7! I have high arches and somewhat narrow feet so I often have trouble finding any shoes comfortable. These fit great and are comfortable so far for my short neighborhood runs.

Great neutral shoe that is lightweight yet durable. It's a great shoe for traveling given how lightweight it is. I use them as my daily running shoe and I put a beating on my running shoes - these handle it gracefully. I also dig the appearance which isn't something I always get to say about my running shoes.

Love these shoes for running. I am prone to shin splints and hip flexor pain from running and have tried so many different tennis shoes. I even had stopped running and moved to using the elliptical for a while because the pain had gotten so bad. Since COVID I've had to resort to running again and these shoes have helped immensely. I run 12-16 miles a week and have had no problems with shin splints since I started wearing these. They do run about a half size small though, so order a half size up from your normal size.
