I absolutely love the look of this flat. That said, I had to send it back. Style is a big factor when I purchase a shoe, but it has to be comfortable. There was no give to the distressed leather and not much of an arch support. Even walking around on the carpet it felt uncomfortable. It may work for someone else, but not for me. Zappos is so fabulous about returns, I rarely buy a pair of shoes in a retail store.
