Not wide enough for wide shoes

Way too small. Disappointed to have gone through what we did to find these shoes and for the average guy, they were too tight.

I don't care for the shoe at all,it looks nothing like the picture. The quality is not what I expected!

Size runs small and the quality of the leather could be better.

This is my first time wearing this brand and the quality/feel of this specific model/style did not match the cost. I may try another model/style because this one felt cheap.

The color was more "orangey" brown than I prefer and to my eyes, not quite true to the online picture. I also didn't like the way the rear heel protruded out as it made it look like some sort of orthotic shoe.

The base of these shoes are ivory not white. They look yellowed in person.

I bought these a year ago, and the insoles have worn down to the rubber by the ball of my foot. I like them, but will need to change the insoles every year

Beautiful shoes. Bought them for my husband. He didn't like the sock type lining. He doesn't wear shoes without socks, so it was uncomfortable. Too bad there wasn't an option... with or without the lining. Ever consider that?

Dad shoe and not as comfortable as I expected

Size is way off. I orrdered a 13 wide. The shoe is at least a 14 and is medium width

Yes, they are light, and that alone may add to the comfort, but they are lacking in the level of cushion needed for walking an extended period of time. This is my first time with CH after wearing Florsheim comfort shoes usually. I work in a corporate setting but occasionally have to inspect an area which requires 3-5 miles of walking through back hallways, stairs, etc. I guess I expected more for the price.Maybe not Hoka levels of cushion/comfort, but at least something that lets me know that comfort is prioritized. It feels fine in and around the office, but my walk from the commuter train to the office is about a mile, and while it didn't feel specifically uncomfortable, I could tell that my feet would probably pay for any additional distance. The soles just feel too thin and basic to do anything. Again, it's mainly that I expect more from the price point.

I wore the shoes and they were too wide. I was unable to return due to me wearing them. I have gotten the wide previously but this version was just too wide.

Leather is not very good quality. Shoes are not overly comfortable and are not holding up very well.

Bruised leather a bit upset

Shoe is very rigid across the front of the foot and creases putting pressure along the top of the foot.

The back pad on the sole fell off the first time I wore it.

I've owned this model for years now. Always the same size and same comfort. These came and were bigger than previous and had a different feel. Not sure if CH altered them in anyway but idk if I'll buy another pair.

Do not run true to size. I have many shoes from Cole Hann that are wide and they fit well. I'm disappointed that I had to return them.

These shows run very small.

The shoes are too big for a size 14. 14's typically run tight for me in every brand I own and in this case they were a size too big! Very comfortable shoe but after I wore them they can't be returned now.

Generally a nice looking shoe. The wide was too wide and the sole bed was not very comfortable. I did not find it to be a good fit for my feet. I have other Cole Haan shoes and like them. I would have expected this shoe to fit and feel like a sneaker, given its marketing!
