I didn't purchase this dress through zappos, because I found a better price somewhere else (macys & nordstrom). However, this dress is amazing. I felt I needed to review it on all platforms, so who ever is thinking about purchasing it, can. The fabric is beautiful. Not cheap looking or feeling, and it's a very nice feeling velvet; not cheap at all. I purchased this dress blindly. Usually, I like to read reviews before buying something, but I couldn't find anything anywhere about this beauty. So I decided to get it, and hope for the best. So glad I did. The dress fits true to size. I am usually about a 6 in pants, and I ordered the size small (4-6). it fits beautifully everywhere. The only thing I wish I didn't have to do, is shorten it. But this might just be my personal preference. I am 5'6" and this dress hit me at the knee. I had it taken up a little bit because the length looked awkward on me. Overall, I am so happy to have purchased this dress. I will be wearing it to a winter wedding in about a week. This dress will be perfect for the occasion and the location.
