I love these shoes! I was looking for a stylish black slip-on for fall/winter, and someone talked me into trying Vionic instead of ECCO, my usual go-to. Big mistake, and I returned the Vionics and got these. They're perfect! Much lighter than the Vionic, and more stylish because of the woven upper. I know my size in ECCO - I'm a pretty solid 6 in most sizes but I size down here, and get the European size 36 instead of a 37. That worked perfectly. I may switch out the insole with a more breathable wool one; my only problem with ECCO shoes is the leather insole, which makes my feet too hot. But that's easily fixable. I highly recommend these! Super comfortable right out of the box, the leather is soft and supple, not hard and stiff (like the Vionic shoe I returned). Go ECCO!

I really wanted these shoes to work but they rubbed my heals and I don't have time to break them in before I leave on a trip. I usually wear an 8 and in most European sizes I wear a 38-39. I tried on the 39 at a local store and they were way too big so I ordered a 38. The length/width was fine-except for the heal rubbing. Sadly I had to return.

I usually wear a 7 1/2 and first tried the 38, but no room for socks. So I got the 39 and can wear with socks, and it is also more comfortable for me. They seem like very high quality shoes and after I break them in a bit should be perfect for my trip to Europe where I expect to walk for miles.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes! They are really comfortable with good arch support. Very soft and easy on the feet. I get compliments on them everytime I wear them.

I have searched for a slip-on leather, casual shoe that would be good-looking and versatile, as well as comfortable for walking. First, I ordered this shoe in the warm grey. It fit well (7/7.5 for my normally size 8 foot), but was just too bright a metallic shade for me to wear. I next tried the Via Spiga Galea 5 in black, a lovely shoe, but a bit too narrow for my medium width foot. Finally, since I loved everything but the color of the first Ecco Soft 7, I ordered it in black,, and it was "just right". Because Zappos awesome customer service makes orders and returns so simple and hassle-free, I buy nearly all of my shoes (as well as gift shoes for my daughter and granddaughters) from Zappos.

I struggle to find any shoe aside from crocs and winter boots that feel even remotely comfortable upon my feet. A shoe needs to offer me stability (therefore must have some flexibility in the soul, cannot be flat of have a heel), have superb cushioning to ensure joint comfort and allow enough room in the toe area to accommodate inflammation of the metatarsal joints. They need to be so well designed that I feel little to no pain when enjoying the limited walking that I can do and ensure that no pressure is referred to my knees to inflame my bursa. This has been the story of living for so many years with an auto-immune disease. Utterly THANKFUL for this ECCO Soft 7. It is a light shoe, easy to slip on and with the elastic feature on the sides, the heel-to-toe movement that I practice is made that much more comfy. I have held onto some wonderful shoes from Zappos and end up returning them as my optimism exceeds my reality. I bought the "grey" which is more of a metallic silver color and honestly, it is not a color I might have chosen but these shoes feel wonderful on my feet. I normally wear a size 7.5 and the 38 is perfect. Thank you Zappos for the most superb customer service and return policy. GRATITUDE!

I tried this pair first in what Ecco calls "warm grey" - really more of a metallic gold. Thought about keeping for comfort level, but the color was just too bright for me.. Also tried Via Spiga Galea 5; a great looking shoe, but it was a bit narrow and gaped at instep. Finally, replaced the awesomely comfortable Eccos with a color I could wear. Am very happy with the look, fit and comfort level of this Ecco in woven black leather. I usually wear an 8, but ordered the 7/7.5, and it seems to fit well. I cannot thank Zappos amazing customer service for their prompt delivery and easy return of the two pairs that did not work and help in getting "the one". I highly recommend Ecco for both comfort and style

I have feet issues and knee problems so I need good supporting shoes. These not only do that but I've gotten lots of compliments on how good looking they are. I also have narrow feet and they fit perfectly. I love them.

I work on my feet for 15 hour shifts and was looking for a shoe that would give me enough support for the long haul but also be nice looking. These totally fit the bill. I wore my Sperry's boat shoes for a few months at work, and although I like the shoe, I found that my feet were throbbing by the end of my shift. These ECCO shoes were comfortable right out of the box and my feet have been happy since.

I put inserts on top of the Ecco insole. Shoe a bit snug at first, but since it is woven, I expect a bit of stretch. I've worn both with and without socks for short time to break in. Pricey, but I expect will hold up and be supportive, not give way and lose comfort. Great looking on.

Ecco always fits perfectly and has good arch support. I wish these shoes had black soles instead of white, which would make them come off a bit more dressy, but I love them just the same. The woven leather effect adds a nice touch to a basic slip-on. Also wish they weren't so expensive -- yikes!

The most comfortable shoes I have bought in a long time. I usually wear Dromedaris, Earthies or Danskos and these are just as fabulous. Great arch support and cushion. I work on hard concrete all day and am not a size 2.... my feet feel amazing after a long day. And I got 4 compliments on them... apparently they are also “cute” according to the trendsetters at work.

The dilemma of every aging woman...finding a comfortable shoe that doesn't look like a comfort shoe. I recently started working retail and standing on marble floors was killing my whole body. I ordered these for work and am very pleased - they'll be great travel shoes as well. They are super cute, but don't look like old people shoes (my greatest fear!) and very comfortable with good support.

I ordered these shoes a week before a trip to Europe where I would need nice looking but comfortable and supportive walking shoes. These proved to be an excellent choice! They have good arch support, and I walked miles every day (for three weeks) in these shoes. In moderately rainy conditions, my feet also stayed dry.
I usually wear a women's size 8, and the 38 was perfect (39 was too big).
The "warm grey" color is what I would call a metallic pewter. It looks silvery in some light and a little softer pewter in others. This was also great for travelling because they match everything.

These shoes were perfect right out of the box. I would like a little more arch support but there is enough to work with. So cute!! So much more support than the average slip on sneaker.

Love ECCO shoes! However, these run about about a half size too big. I'm a true 5 and they felt much bigger, about 1/2 inch too long. Sadly, they don't come smaller. Cute shoes, well made, just didn't fit my foot. Great color.

I wanted to like and keep these. The right foot felt great but the left slipped in heel and felt as if there was a lump in the heel. Unusual because my left foot is larger than my right.

I would have purchased at least 4 pair of Ecco slip ons. Love the style and comfort level. BUT I need a half size. The
40 is too short in the toe, the 41 is good, but back half of shoe a little too wide and long - I step out of them no matter how
many different inserts I try. Very frustrating.

Should have believed the comments, ordered the 7 1/2 , 38 which I normally wear . They were too big and wider than other Ecco’s I normally wear. That being said they were very cute but sloppy big on my foot. Will try another style.

I ordered my normal Ecco sandal size but these felt sloppy loose. I did not think a smaller size would fix the problem so I am returning. The leather is nice. I liked the dark navy color.

I bought my first pair of Ecco shoes last year and I find them to have a wonderfully comfortable footbed and good arch support for my 70 year old feet. I suffer from arthritis and plantar fasciitis so I need supportive shoes. Unfortunately, I did not like the color of this shoe. It's called gray but is really a bronze/gold. I also found the style to be unflattering to my large size 11 foot. Maybe if someone has smaller feet and likes that bronzish color, this comfortable shoe could be a winner. Sadly, I returned them, but I know Zappo's will have something else for me!

I love these shoes but after wearing them a few times the outside weaving on one row of the left shoe has come out. These are too expensive for that to be happening. I’m not sure if there is any recourse.
