Let me start by saying I loved the look of these shoes; slightly pointed toe, modern, metallic, just cool. The fit to the toe was fine too. I have a normal to slightly narrow foot and these felt a little tight across the ball of the foot area, the widest part. Not bad but just not comfortable enough to keep. I have a high arch and I felt like there was no cushioning, especially in the forefoot area. I tried putting another insole in but nothing would fit because of the pointed toe. I suppose if you had one you could cut it would work but you would have to cut it exactly right. Disappointed because I really liked this shoe. Ordered the Soft 7 which has a rounder toe so hopefully that will do the trick.

This model has a funky pointed toe which is hard to see in the photos. It wasn't the look I was going for. Returned.

What a beautiful shoe. The powder cow (light tan) is such a neutral color and will be perfect for spring and summer. It goes well with everything in my closet. The slight point toe is on trend yet not too trendy. Love it!

I ordered the Powder Cow Leather (light tan) color and they are so beautiful. Not only do the go with everything in my closet, but they look so simple yet stylish with the slightly pointed toe - a bit unusual for a sneaker but it totally works!

I have 4 pairs of this Gillian and the slip on Gillian shoes. i am on my feet all day at work and they have proven to be very comfortable with adequate arch support. I feel they are true to size.

Really love these shoes. Great arch support. Toe narrows a bit which gives them an updated look. Comfortable and beautiful too.

Great item, wear 61/2 or 7 in sneakers and size 36 was perfect. Have wide forefeet and narrow heels...This shoe fit like a glove, even with custom orthotics.

These are great walk around sneakers. ALL LEATHER upper and insole, not fake materials that make your feet sweat more or stretchy fabric that feels like a sock. Love the clean style with NO LOGOS and they have a pointed toe that adds to the look! They look great on. I am now an Ecco fan for life

This is my second pair of Gillian ties. They are great. I am spreading the word and sending friends to Zappos to buy them while they are on sale. The gray is beautiful.

The arch support is enough for me that I don't have to add my own inserts which is definitely a plus. The materials feel very high quality and I got a compliment on them the very first time I wore them out.

Fit is GREAT! Very pleased with arch support. Color is remarkable, just what I wanted . Found the 8.5 is a little bit loner than I expected but they are comfortable so no Problem.

These shoes are sooo comfortable but the toe is a little too pointy for me. I would definitely recommend this brand of shoe.

Very comfortable shoe. The pointy toe is unusual for what is basically a sneaker, but I like it because it's unexpected and off-beat. These are great shoes. I have the light gray and am considering getting them in another color.

Beautiful style and leather very soft. They do have more of a dressy look with the pointed toe. If you want to dress up an outfit, perfect! If you want to kick around in shorts, probably not the right look.

The toe box is super pointed and just overall BIG. I'm a 6 in everything and this felt like a 7-7.5.

I am not quite sure what happened, but the shoes felt at least a size bigger and wider! Otherwise, very nice, all leather, soft and pleasant to wear without a sock. Shoe looks very stylish.

Style has its price in terms of large, painful heel blisters that these sneakers caused even with a sock. I needed to cut the tab off on the backs as well to avoid rubbing but that was not a deal-breaker—I thought the shoes would be fine with that one adjustment. But then a walked a distance and ouch! I hope I can wear these beautiful, leather lined sneakers after my feet heal since I can’t now return them. I will try silicone heel pads in an attempt to salvage my purchase.

I bought these as in the past I have considered ECCO to be a go to comfort shoe. There is absolutely NO support in the arch. Tried using ortho inserts but then the shoe was too tight. The look is slightly off as well, pointed toe and string ties...not the current tennis shoe look I was hoping for. I would have returned them but had lost the paperwork.

This particular shoe apparently runs very large; the shoe leather felt thick and quite stiff.
