I have to agree with other reviewers - the sizing is off on this one. I followed their advice and ordered a 41 when I normally wear a 40 in ECCO and if I'd ordered my usual 40 it would've been too short. I actually love the style, and even the "gray" color (I found it to be a bit on the pink side), but the construction is lacking. It's just not as comfy and supportive as I would expect from an ECCO shoe. The sole was thin and I know I'd feel any large rocks I walked over in my long driveway, and there was just no padding whatsoever. The fit was great, the toggle was fine, just a poor design of sole really. I expected the comfort and thickness of the pair I currently own and was sorely disappointed.

These look great, but I have high arches, and these did not provide any arch support at all. Had to return them.

While the shoe was too narrow (and I have narrow feet!), even if it fit I wouldn't keep it for style reasons. I ordered the warm grey color, but I hadn't looked closely enough at the photo to realize that the leather stops short of the foot opening, which is instead ringed with what appears to be sweatshirt material. While I can understand the desire for a soft material at the contact point, the excessive width of this band makes the shoe look like something my grandmother would wear and is absolutely not appealing from a style perspective.

Beautiful shoe but runs small. I always wear a 39 (8-81/2) Ecco so very surprised to come across a style that was too small. Have ordered the next size up.

I love these shoes EXCEPT they are falling apart. It is May 2019 and I ordered them June 2018 - but I've always saved them for my "dress casual" ..and they have been worn maybe 10 times. The part that holds the lace together broke, and some of the black netting is pulling away to reveal white. Perhaps Zappos or Ecco would exchange for another pair? I really like the shoe and the comfort.

I ordered Sense Toggle in two different colors hoping the fit was the same as my old pair of Soft Toggle 5. The Sense Toggle style runs short and snug and quality appears cheap compared to Soft Toggle 5. Sadly Zappos no longer has Soft Toggle 5 but I was able to snag a pair on sale directly from Ecco.

Love the look of these sneakers! Black sneakers can look clunky but these do not! I got the black with the purple trim and they look super cool and sleek. They definitely run small though, I had to return the original pair I bought and order a size up. I am generally a ladies 8 and had to order a 40. Other than that really love this purchase...good craftsmanship and design.

unfortunately the shoes i received were defective in that the insole of one of the shoes was bent back and would not flatten therefore it felt like my toe was pushed up against the end of the shoe when it wasnt. the color is more golden than i expected. i will be returning the shoes.

I usually take a 39 in European shoes. I read the reviews and went for a larger size. It was too short. The toe box felt shallow too so I decided not to keep them. I have worn Eccos before and LOVED them. Alas, this particular style just wasn't comfortable on my feet. I will look for Eccos again in the future and maybe I will find a style that works for me.
