Very comfortable but very too short because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Returning the 38 and ordering the 39 in hopes it will be long enough. I am praying it fits because I will be going on a long trip and need to pack light. The black shoe is a good combination between sporty and dressy. Looks great with yoga pants and also dress pants. I wish it came in a more neutral beige for every day summer wear.

I buy size 40 Ecco golf shoes - and they fit perfectly. These shoes are too small - not just the toe box but the overall length. I measured them against my golf shoes are they are indeed about 1/2 inch shorter. I love them so I will order them in size 41.

If you’re feet are a little wider, these may be too narrow at the toe. I went up a size and it didn’t help the width at the toe. Incredibly comfortable under foot.

These shoes are really comfortable right out of the box. I was fine with them for the whole day I first wore them, and I am picky about shoes being very comfortable.while I wear a 10 1/2 in ordinary US shoes, I have worn a 42 in all the different European sized shoes starting years ago when Danskos hit the US market.

Awesome shoe, stylish enough to wear to work and still be comfortable all day. Great width, reasonable arch support. It is true to size. Some people suggest going one size smaller, I did not think that worked.or get both sizes and return one. Or go one up and add your custom orthotic. It fits! I have worn expensive shoes all my life — Ferragamo, weitzman, Paul Green, Acquatalia, Pleiner, ... but Ecco is now the only brand I will wear anymore.

Great looking shoes, and supper comfortable. Contrary to what others have written, this shoe does not run large. Order your true size. I wear 6 normally, and the 5.5 is a tad bit small.

I've worn this brand before and loved the comfort and look. But these are too short in the toe area. Disappointed.

I like the comfort and the color, but do be aware the shoe runs about a half size small. I had to return my original size choice. I do wish it came in a narrower size too. Otherwise, nice, comfy shoe.

These definitely run short; I tried a similar Ecco style in 39 which felt longer than these in 40. I love the cushioning and the look, though, so I'm going to try up a size. (I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, sometimes a 39 but usually 40 is spot on.) I have a narrow foot, and this feels like it might do well for me in the right length.

Sadly, this shoe does not come in half sizes. The 37 was too tight and the 38 too loose and fell off my foot. I love Vionic shoes and really wanted this color. Alas, it was not to be!

Very comfortable, as usual w/ eccos, but "warm grey' is really gold. Color won't work for me.

This style of ballerina sneaker always seems to run short for me. Going up a size always makes it too wide. I had to return.

I am surprised at the inferior quality of these Ecco shoes. I've always been able to count on this brand for craftsmanship, comfort, and arch support. These are a bit more stylish than some of their other styles, so have they traded style for comfort? I've ordered the Ecco leather inserts to see if that will make the difference, but by then, with the money I've spent, I might have gone a different route to begin with. I hope this is not a taste of things to come, but it seems like more and more shoes are being offered that require the additional cost of inserts. It's not fair to the consumer, and it's not good for people who cannot afford the upgrade; feet are suffering.

These do NOT have a removable insole like description says.

I loved Ecco flats and bought several pairs 2 summers ago. Last year they seemed to stop making ballet style flats so I was happy to see these on-line. But they are clunky - fit seemed a little bigger and wider and they didn't look particularly good on my feet so I sent them back. The ECCO Bluma is a nicer shoe but some of the metallic colors are impossible to polish so once scuffed they will have to stay that way. I hope ECCO gets back on track soon!!

I was surprised to find so little support in an ECCO shoe. The material for the upper is nice and lightweight, but still felt like it would stay put. Unfortunately, no arch support plus the kind of weird contrast between the white sole and the mahogany color leather meant I had to return this one.

I've had and enjoyed several different styles of echo casual flats in the past. But last year they seemed to stop making them so I was happy to see this shoe show up for summer. Sadly I was very disappointed when it arrived because the shoe looks wide on my foot and it has very little cushioning and support. Not what I've come to expect from Ecco. So I'm sending it back.

Size exact very comfortable great if you want to wear around the house but not outside looks and feel like a slipper

The shoe has no support and is a very small fit. No in sole whatsoever. Do not like at all to walk in.
