I loved the feel and support of the shoe, but even though I ordered a half size larger as recommended, the shoes were still too small. I'm going to try a full size larger to see if they fit better.

I have a wider foot with low arches, so I need a lot of arch support and a descent amount of room in the toe box. When I first tried this shoe on, it felt snug at my regular size (8.5), but it felt like a 9 would have been too big. The toe box was tight, but I thought it would be okay. The arch support was excellent- I've been having trouble finding a running shoe with good support for a wider foot, so I decided to keep them. They felt great walking, but when I went on my first run, my big toes rubbed against the top of the shoe so badly that it made for a really uncomfortable run. My toes really hurt afterward and I knew this was something I couldn't get used to. I had to return them. I'm really disappointed that they didn't work out. It's unfortunate that I couldn't tell for sure until I actually when for a full run.

I had to go up a 1/2 size but these are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve had in a long time. The cushioning is superb. Like walking on clouds. Love the colors!r

Had to order a half size up and they fit perfectly. A little narrow but after wearing all day they were comfortable. I got the pink ones not the black ones pictured.

This shoe feels light while still providing excellent arch support. The toe bed fits well. Very comfortable. Looks great. A well made stability shoe that doesn’t feel heavy or sluggish. I normally wear an 8.5 in running shoes (a half size bigger than my regular shoe size of 8). I ordered a 9 in this shoe, and it fits perfect.

Great running shoe. Replaced my favorite ASICS as they have gotten too narrow in the toe box. Excellent support

Since Brooks has changed the structural support of their Adrenaline GTS line, I had to go looking for a new brand. The Mizuno Horizon fits the bill: excellent for over pronators (my feet even stayed steady on a 90 minute beach walk!); good tread for hiking, and good cushion for walking on rough ground. My friends see me coming a mile away in the Hot Pink color! I MOST DEFINITELY had to order 1/2 size bigger. I wear a 6 and 1/2, and the 7's were perfect. I will be ordering a 2nd back up pair, because like all shoe brands, they eventually change the styling that you used to love. the only negative is the large "heel pocket" on the bottom of the shoe. Stuff gets in there and I have to dig it out. Maybe the company did that to reduce the weight?

I'm usually a size 6 in New Balance but this sneaker ran extremely small. The 6.5 was still small. This shoe seemed to be quite comfortable with good arch support. I'm not so sure I really liked the style but it's difficult to find a nice looking black running shoe these days.

From previous reviews I ordered a whole size up and they fit perfectly. Great comfort and support for this 50-something girl with bad knees who works out 3-4 times a week!

I have never written a review before. But I have to tell you I love these sneakers! These are amazing. Its like I have two sofa's strapped to my feet. My feet and ankles hurt all the time. The support and cushion these sneakers provide is amazing and worth the money! I did read all the reviews and called customer service because I couldn't decide on the size to order. Well Customer service was awesome and helped me decide the right size. Given the cost I didn't want to order two pairs. I went with a 1/2 size larger than my normal size. I am a size 7 medium and I ordered a 7 1/2 and its perfect! Plenty of room for toes, plenty of room for width of my feet. I have wore them now for a day and half and I am "waiting" for my feet to hurt and they haven't yet!

I normally wear a size 6 in normal shoes, mizuno normally a 7.5 cause I like room on the toes... these shoes I needed an 8.5. They are way narrow but definitely made for running, not your normal light weight mizuno. It's built for pavement. Comfortable and price is better than the prophesy version.

Amazing shoe! So comfortable, beautiful color & design. The amount of cushioning in this shoe is perfect, feels like I’m walking on pillows. However; I did have to size up a 1/2 size. I’m usually a true 7 but I ended up getting a 7.5. You won’t regret purchasing these shoes. I went through multiple pairs of brooks (styles from this year) and these mizunos took the win!

I wish these had worked. They had it all! Great cushioning in the heel and overall support was good. They look awesome. I wear a 10.5 in other brands and this was my first Mizuno purchase. Reading the reviews, I sized up, but the largest size they make in this model is 11, and sigh... it was just too short.

Definitely buy a 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear in Mizunos. I wear 8 or 81/2 in most shoes. I wear a size 9 in Mizunos- but a 9 1/2 in this shoe. If you are looking for a very cushiony shoe, this is the one for you! It is also a heavier shoe which doesn't bother me- but could be a problem if you like lightweight shoes.
