Extremely Narrow; feel the exoskeleton through the shoe.

Nice fit but too stiff. Had to stop running in them and move to a new shoe with more cushion

I'm a registered nurse and i walk a lot during my work shift at the hospital,, i purchase a pair on november 2019, just 7 months ago ,, shoes looks in pretty good shape ,almost new, so i was running to a patient with covid 19 and look what happens ,,, the back part of the shoe sole (plastic part) just broke... i had to stay at hospital until my shift finish with this bad sole , walking situation for 5 h... I'm attaching some picture of it.... Definitely i won't recommend mizuno to anyone anymore. Thanks.

I ordered this shoe to wear when I run. It's unusually narrow. I contacted customer service to arrange a return. After speaking with them I was emailed instructions for a return. Guidelines for the return is to send it back in the original packaging which I discarded a few days after receiving the shoe. Again I spoke with customer service and explained my situation. I was told Mizuno would not accept the return. As such I'm stuck with a very expensive running shoe that doesn't fit and have worn twice. The shoe box and tag cost Mizuno about $3.00. It's not too much to ask Mizuno to put this brand new returned shoe in a $3.00 box But I guess thats there way of doing business.

Really bad show. Sprained my knee using this for the first day. Ended up giving it away for free.
