Ordered these in suede in two sizes. 7W and a 6.5 WW. Normally, I buy a 7W and hope that it is wide enough to accommodate my left foot which is at least a D width while my right is a C width. The big surprise was how comfortable the 6.5 WW was and how nice my feet looked in the shoes. I did have to put a pad in the right to perfect the fit. The heel is far more stylish than most WW and W shoes even though I would prefer a block heel that was straight instead of slightly angled. The vamp looked a bit strange in the box but, yay, not so bad on my feet! So, I am keeping these in the almond kid suede. They're fine for a neutral winter dress shoe. I may even wear them with jeans. The longer I have these shoes on my feet, the more I like these shoes, Jensen by Bella Vita!

I was so disappointed that this shoe did not fit. I need a narrow width and they are becoming increasingly difficult to find. I was looking for a pair of dressy pumps to wear to a dinner and dance. These have the look I wanted but when I tried them on I walked right out of them. They are not narrows by my standards. Sadly, I had to return them. As it turns out I am wearing a different dress and will just wear a pair of shoes I already have. It's exhausting to try and locate stylish shoes in narrow widths. I hope shoe manufacturers don't forget about we ladies with narrow feet. There are quite a few of us out there. And we need shoes too!

I have the Bella-Vita Liv-Italy boots in an 8WW and they fit perfect. These unfortunately run much larger, I could not even walk in them due to slipping in the heel. Width felt accurate, length was off in comparison to their boot sizing! Might try a 7 or 7.5? They are super cute and made well, could be worth another shot.

The fit was about half size too big. The material is soft supple leather. Excellent quality. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

With my EE-width Fred Flintstone feet, I was so excited to have found a fairly stylish dressier shoe with a comfortable heel. The shoes were cute and much more fashionable than the usual "Grandma" shoes I'm forced to wear. However, while the front of my feet are pancake-like, my heels are normal-sized which means that the back of the shoe kept slipping off. This, of course, is not fault of the shoe, and if I had more normal-shaped feet, I would have loved these cute shoes!

I love this shoe. Unfortunately had to return because the pointed toe does not work when you have wide feet. I imagine it would be a great shoe if it had a rounded toe.

I ordered 6 pairs of black dress shoes and these were the keepers!!!! I have lots of foot issues making it difficult to find shoes that don’t look “old lady”. Thanks Zappos for making shopping so easy!!

These shoes were super comfy right out of the box. Soft on the inside, no pinching and no slipping or blisters on the heel. I ordered my usual size,8.5 and they fit perfectly. Strongly recommend!

A gorgeous shoe and the almond suede is the perfect neutral. Stylish block heel and beautiful cut of shoe showing a bit of toe cleavage. I ordered my usual 9WW - but dang, while the fit is perfect in width it is a full size too long. I will re-order in 8WW and HOPE it fits because I love these shoes!!!

These fit true to size (I'm a 9.5), but the toe is very narrow. I could tell it would be uncomfortable for more than a few minutes.

This shoe definitely runs a little bigger. I normally wear a size 8. My foot is on the wider side. I tried these shoes in an 8, 8W, 7 1/2W -all too big. I ended up finding my perfect fit in the 7 1/2. If someone has a very narrow foot, this shoe may not work. They are beautiful. Gorgeous leather and well-made.

These are lovely shoes. I ordered a 7.5 ww . Unfortunately they are too long, or the heel is too wide. I step out of them. Concerned as the toe box is narrow, they may be too tight if I go to a 7 ww. Will return.

Disappointed. High quality, pretty shoe with a unique vamp, as the sides provide more coverage than standard design. Tried the 7W (my usual size), but it was way too big. So, tried the 6W, and still too big! I also had trouble with my heel slipping out. The sole was very slippery, so this was a deal-breaker. Scuffing the sole was not an option since it would damage the artwork. Moving on to a different shoe...

Love this shoe however, I have to return it because it is too big. I normally wear a 9 1/2 W but the shoe was too big. I am exchanging it for a 9W. Hopefully that size will fit. This shoe looks nice with a dress or pants. Its the perfect height for standing on your feet all day.

I ordered a half size smaller but they were still very big (long). The EE width was very comfy. The style looks great though, classy.

Although I did not keep thiem I have to say it is a beautiful shoe. Very clean lines, smooth leather, and simply gorgeous. Sadly, they did not fit me well and once I received them I wondered if I would get the wear out of them, even if I sized down, because the heel is a bit taller than I normally like but could not really tell until I had them on. I would recommend them but consider sizing down.

I am a 9 1/2 M or 10M depending on the brand. I sized down to a 9 since the reviews say it slips off the foot, this was just tight enough like it was too small everywhere EXCEPT the heel which slipped when I walked, weird... I almost thought I should keep and hope the leather would stretch a bit, but I just don't have the patience for that anymore :]. I liked the style enough to order my actual size 9 1/2M (will prob look like the other reviewer's pics (a little too big) But for the price, I am willing to give it a try. All the other styles like this are just too pricey for me $120 +

Nice quality shoe for the price but fit is completely off. Runs large and wide and the heel slips even in a narrow.

Pretty but I guess that I should have paid more attention to the reviews that said these shoes ran large. They slipped off my feet, even with socks on. Unfortunately, they are going back.

Beautiful shoe. However, the 6M is too snug width-wise although the length seems okay. But the 6W, while comfortable in width, is a good half to three-quarter inch too long. I believe a 5 1/2W would fit but, alas, the shoe isn't made in that size. So disappointed!

Meh. I've seen this style shoe in lots of fashion spreads and love them on the models but on me I felt they looked like old lady shoes. I have a wider foot and they fit okay but just weren't flattering. Also they looked like a greyish taupe on my monitor but in person they were more of a true beige and didn't compliment my skin tone so back they went.

These shoes had toes that were way more pointy than they looked here. I didn't even bother trying them on. Can't really attest to fit or comfort. I just knew they were not my style.

I'm five months into these shoes, but am now experiencing searing pain when I walk in them and can no longer wear them. Up to this point I would have given them five stars in all categories, but they have simply not stood the test of time. The leather has stretched out so that they now feel a half size too big and the foot bed cushioning has clearly broken down making them unwearable. If you are looking for a sturdy pump that can handle several days a week of wear these are not it.
