I too was extremely disappointed when these shoes arrived for the 3rd time! Zappos return policy is excellent, however the Keen shoes are not made true to size. We have purchased them for years, however they are making them much smaller than normal. I wear a 10 1/2 or 11 shoe and never anything bigger. I started with an 11, much too small. Returned them for a 12.... again much too small. Returned them for a size 13 ! This time they barely fit, snug in the back and too narrow? After 3 returns and a size 13 for a foot that is size 11 I will keep them and make it work, but not happy with KEEN ! I Have a picture of my old Keen's size 11 next to the new Keen's size 13 and you can tell the old Keen is bigger all around! Come on KEEN - What Happened ??!!
