This is about the Third pair that I have tried. All the same size, very comfy sole, but each pair varied with the width where the little pinkie toe can stick out...if it's too big of a hole, the pinkie toe will stick out. I think I have finally found a pair, where it's not too bad. The jury is still out. I always order a half size up with Keens, I am a true 7.5, and size 8 fits me great.

A very heavy durable water sandal you can also wear on land. There is great arch support, heavy duty toe protection and the usual tighten-up cord system that Keen uses in their sandals. I have a medium width foot, but a bit wide in the toebox and the medium here does accomodate my wider toe box nicely. This model does run a 1/2 small, I normally wear a 9 1/2 or 10 and I had to get a 10 in the H2. Much more heavy duty than the Keen Whisper and always go a 1/2 up from your size.

loyal keen fan since they first came around. this makes pair number 4 for me. LOVE the tye-dye style! i usually wear a women's size 9 in most shoes but for keen newports always wind up with a size 10. as always, super comfortable, great to wear everyday or for vacation.

Loved it but my usual size was too small. I will reorder in a half size larger.

This shoe is not cut the way it used to be. It's shorter and narrower. I ordered one pair in the size I usually wear and couldn't even get them on. I exchanged those for a half size larger. They are too narrow. Very disappointed.

Perfect for my long walks in the city. I was waring through walking sneakers every 2/3 months and I could feel the rocks and debris on the side walk beneath me. These shoes have a thick sole that protects all the way up over the big toe.

I've had multiple pairs of Keens in the past, so I didn't anticipate that this particular model would feel so small. I wear a 6.5, but even the 7 of this Newport Retro felt too close to my toes. So I'm sadly returning these and ordering an entirely different brand of shoes.

I ordered these months ago and after trying them on about 100 times, finally decided to just give them a try. I've not worn this style, but my sister is a fan. Somehow they look cuter on her. They do look a bit wide and clunky, but then so do I, so they aren't exactly cramping my style. As another reviewer mentioned, the toe may be an issue... I felt the shoe was touching my left big toe. I ordered another pair, and they felt better. I have worn these for a two mile walk twice now, and they felt supportive enough for the task and didn't leave me with sore spots. They felt heavy coming out of the box, but I didn't have an issue with them on my feet. The tie dye is fun and I don't regret my purchase.

I just love the rainbow colors on these retro sandals! But, I didn't like all the black material on the outside. I tried them anyway, to see them in person, but also realized that the black wouldn't be practical for Arizona in the sun. They were comfortable, like the Newport H2s, which I'll order again. They were true to size, unlike the Hydro sandal that is 1/2 size small.

I love all my Keens Sandals and I have MANY! I ordered these in the size that all my other Keen's are in as I figured these would fit like all the other Newports. They did not. I usually am a 5 in the Newports. I had to exchange Two times. Ended up with 6.5's They are really cute but bulkier than previous Newports at the toe area. But I love tie Dye so had to have them! Zappos was GREAT with the sizing issue as far as exchanging. I never thought to order more than one size at one time. Next time I might just do that. Although in this case I had to order 3 times! I still am not sure if I should go up another half size, to 7's. But just got frustrated with having to keep going back and guessing what to order since I was so far off in my sizing.

I wear size 8 and have high arches, and my right foot is slightly longer than my left. After trying size 8, I ordered size 8.5 to compare, because I could feel my right big toe touching the end of the size 8 sandal ... I'm returning the 8.5 and keeping the 8s. My right toe just SLIGHTLY touches the edge of the 8s, and with the 8.5s, I can't feel the arch support as much. I think I'll enjoy wearing the 8s (I'd consider the arch support "medium but sufficient for comfort"). This Keen style is so colorful and fun! Thanks for offering these, Zappos. I had ordered a couple other Keen sandal styles before finding these, and they didn't have the arch support I'd come to expect from Keens. What's up with that?!? Keens has been my go-to brand for good arch support.

All the problems would go away if the heel strap were ADJUSTABLE!! It's too tight, so it pushes my entire foot forward into the toe box - which then is too shallow, smooshes the top of my toes and instep, and jams my pinky toe into one of the side straps. And the shoe isn't too small if you count the full inch of empty sole space behind my heel! It's exactly the style and color I'm looking for, but definitely not the fit.

I love the look of these, and I have two pairs of older Keen Newports that I wear constantly, so I was excited to order them. But very disappointed when they arrived -- they are so much smaller than my older Newports that I can't come close to getting my feet in them. Have to return these, and they are so much too small that I can't even exchange for another size. No way I can buy these online anymore.

I had to send these back and order "Whispers" as the Newport retros were too heavy and stiff for me.

perfectly fine shoe. footbed was uncomfortable for my weird feet.

Terrific walking shoes in warm weather. They took a little time for the straps to soften up, but I have worn them almost daily for the last couple months--super comfortable support. ;-)

I wore this shoe all over 3 Mexican towns. Very comfortable and Cute too. It gave me the vibe for fun vacation.

The Keen Newport Retro is very cute with the flower strips. I have used Keen sandals for years. My old sandals are still very good, I have thrown them in the washing machine and they come out fine. But I wanted a more colorful sandal and was delighted to see Keen offers these cute flowered sandals. I find the Keen sandal to fit very well, comfortable for long walks and I know I will really enjoy these cute sandals.

Love this shoe! I wear them in the garden, running errands, wore a full day without socks on my first day... no blisters, no discomfort...perfect

This shoe has excellent adjustability and accommodates my 7.5 narrow foot. You can tighten and loosen a lot. The foot bed is firm, but more comfortable than the Keen Astoria West. It is kind of heavy, but it will last.
